All, I have a dumb question, but am in need of some help nonetheless. Thank you in advance for understanding.
I purchased a CX500M, which is partially modular and looks like this on the back:
My question is: Are the three 6-pin ports (top-left, top-right, and bottom-left) all the same?
They obviously look the same, but they appear to be labeled differently. I plugged an optical drive in the top right port with a bit of hesitation, and it seemed to be working just fine. But, I noticed today that the drive keeps spinning incessantly (and causing lag) even when there is no disc in there and no attempts to access it. Though doubtful, I was wondering if that had anything to do with the PSU.
