Rebate help needed (CX600M)

I bought the CX600M as part of a computer build on the 27th of November 2014. NCIX took a while to assemble the the thing and ship it to me. I received it 4 days ago. Since I have received it I have been trying to use the promo code for the mail in rebate and it's simply not working. I tried the live chat and the guy there couldn't help me either. He simply told me to try later (which I did). I tried picking the retailer (NCIX or NCIX CANADA) the date and the item, and I keep getting a "we're sorry" message.
