RMA - No receipt

I bought a RM850 a few months back, it died a couple of weeks ago and I'd like to have it replaced.



I opened a ticket and they have asked for an invoice which I don't have anymore, (I bought the PSU from a reseller which has now gone out of business which is why I didn't keep hold of the receipt.)



Should this really be an issue? I mean I have never had this problem before due to being able to register products using their serial numbers and such.
