Speakers received from RMA not working anymore.

I purchased some Corsair speakers (SP2200) in 2011 from Amazon. After about a year the speakers failed and I got them replaced by Corsair. I paid some extra money and got them upgraded to the SP211 Speakers as Corsair no longer made the SP200 speakers that I had originally.

The replacement speakers have failed now. The volume on them is very low and it will not go any higher no matter what I try. I would guess that they are not even a third of the maximum volume.

I have made sure that my volume is turned up, that the sub woofer is not muted. I have checked all the wires for any sign of damage and there appears to be nothing wrong with them. I have also tried to use the speakers on my iPad and other devices and they are still very low.

I called Corsair today and spoke to a man. After giving him my name he told me that I am on the system but that its the "old system". He told me to start an RMA and see what happens.

The problem is that my original warranty is out now and he told me that the RMAd speakers use the original warranty. He told me that someone would still help me out as they will often still RMA the replacement.

Does anyone have any suggesstions and help on what I could do to help me get a replacement set?
