t600 fan controller

So I have a t600, love it. Having a problem with the fan controller 2 of the channels have burned out/died. Was working on filling out a RMA but I am unable to find what to select for the Part Number since none of the options say fan controller or reference one. Anyone able to let me know what to look for?
