Vengeance K70 stopped working

I started up my computer today and the keyboard has stopped working. The light adjustment and light layout buttons light up and the media buttons glow dimly but no keyboard presses are registered. I tried the keyboard in several USB ports, I tried it in other computers and I even tried running the firmware flash program to see if that would fix it but it doesn't recognize the keyboard. Device manager recognizes 2 keyboards when I plug it in and force uninstalling the drivers hasn't fixed it either. I also tried switching between the BIOS numbers but that didn't have any effect. Is there a solution to this or do I need to mail this to Corsair? The model is Corsair Vengeance K70 Cherry MX Brown and I purchased it January 25th of this year.
