AX1200i low 12V output

9590/CHVF-Z, 2 280X, custom loop with dual d5's. Kill-a-watt show 250 watts at idle loads. System runs great, 5.2 + GPU's are about 18% OC'ed. Cooling couldn't be better. I have one concern, my main monitoring software, HWInfo shows the 12V rail always around 11.8. Other monitoring software shows the same 11.8V+/-. Corsair Link shows 12.0-12.03.



I've read that a PSU can have a 3% undervolt with out issues and I'm within that spec. Should I be concerned?
