Good morning to all ,
sorry for my bad English, I'm from Germany :)
2 days ago I bought a Corsair h100i.
I'm building this according to the instructions, and suddenly a hose jumps from the pump. The whole PC was full of green liquid!
The tube was apparently not plugged in correctly to the pump at the production stage, otherwise it would not come off so easily!?
I also definitely do not pull on the hose, and there was no stress due to excessive distance between the pump and radiator.
I thought to myself, not so bad, remove everything first and let dry.
This morning, all the components were dry and I built everything again, unfortunately fitted with air cooler.
Great annoyance: The PC is no longer working, no fan, no noise, no beep, nothing!
Removed all non-essential components, such as hard drives or PCIe graphics card -> No improvement
Finally, I have also removed CPU and RAM -> The same
Conclusion: Motherboard has been damaged by the liquid of the H100i
( Both components worked fine before )
Now my question: How do I perform as best, and who is eligible for this hardware damage ?
Thanks in advance!
