Hello everyone!
So, here's my situation. In December 2012 I had the pleasure of spending about 4 months in your country, during that time I purchased through amazon both the (then very impressive) M60 and M90 mice, since they interested me because they were from a "new player" (in the mouse field) and because they had that nice weight and solid feel due to the steel (or is it aluminum?) base.
I have been, and still am, a Deathadder kind of guy, so at the time I just kept the mice in their boxes and payed no mind to them, with the idea that I would switch to them when my current mouse died. Fast forward to 2014 and my plastic Deathadder is still going strong. BUT since a couple of friends hooked me back into Diablo 3 I decided to bust out the M90 and get some use out of those lovely buttons. I was also planning to use them for adobe products shortcuts, and to that end they worked amazingly.
But, to my surprise, this almost 2 year old, but still brand new mouse, has the (not unheard of) "scroll wheel problem", best summarized in this thread:

Keep in mind that this is a BRAND NEW mouse, that spent 4 months in its packaging after I bought it, and the rest of it's time in a felt bag inside an uncluttered drawer, away from vibrations, moisture, and anything that could cause it harm. I had to get rid of the box since I live in a very small apartment and clutter tends to add up if you don't keep it in check (It also drives the wife nuts). I have no reason to believe this problem was not there since the start.
I have tried everything I found on the previously cited thread, to no avail. And I am honestly very bummed about how things turned out. If the thread is any indication I would have to RMA it, which is a pain because I live in a country with VERY annoying and expensive import/export laws, but then again, you do what you have to do, and I honestly like this mouse very much, but it is unusable in its current state. I have no idea about the particulars of warranties (is it 2 years for mice?) and RMAs from/to outside the US.
And its really a shame, because let me tell you, the M90 is a pretty good mouse, the build quality blows the Razer right out of the water and it fits my hand just perfectly, I wish I handled it sooner, I really like this mouse. I've handleds a friends Razer Naga and its buttons are nowhere near as comfortable as the M90, and on top of that you have the plastic construction. And I mean absolutely no disrespect to Corsair's engineers, but it seems like your scroll wheels need some love, digging around the web I've found (as no doubt have you) that my problem is far from isolated. I would like to say, to balance my previous statement that your build quality is absolutely superb among the many, many mice I tried and I hope you keep setting the bar for other manufacturers. I see no reason (save for the scroll wheel thing) why I should stick to plasticky, fingerprint magnet, squeaky mice that cost the same, or more, as your products. I've even had your PSUs in the past and loved them too.
I've seen how thoughtful and professional corsair consumer service reps are and I would very much like if we could find a resolution for this issue that works to both parties satisfaction.
I thank you for taking the time to read this post.
PS: I have not yet checked the M60 for this problem, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it does not have it.
