Order status is stuck on "Processing"

I ordered a sleeved cable kit and it arrived about a week after I placed the order. When I go into my Corsair account however the order status still reads "Processing" and in PayPal, the payment is still pending. This makes me feel like something is incomplete, even though I have the item already. What is going on?
