Side panel window 900D

When I unpacked my 900D early this week, the window side panel had little scratches inside and wouldn't come lose when pushed the release button, only with force I could lose it, the other side panel does release nice , the window side panel not, also there where scratches on the middle of 2 front covers, just the place where you handle the box, I think some one had long nails in the shipping process. So I placed a complain about this with Tech Support on 05-19-2014 , still no answer, could somebody take a look at this Ticket, number is 6469380.
