I have just sent off my RMA to Corsair. However, we are forced to foot the shipping bill for a product with a lifetime warranty.
The shipping($30) has cost me two thirds of the price I originally paid for the RAM, and as I understand it, I will have to pay for it on the back trip as well. Even if I don't have to pay for the return trip, I still think it's unfair to expect the customer to have to basically pay for almost a new one just to get an RMA done.
Does this not feel wrong to anyone else? Am I expecting too much?
