AX1200 coil whine after system upgrate

Hello,



I have changed my hardware and i meets a problem (coil whine) with my PSU purchased in 2011.



- The motherboard: Asus Maximus Hero (Z97)

- The CPU: I7 4790K

- Memory: Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR3 2133Mhz



PSU whistling continuously when the PC is turned on and even when it is off (the most annoying)



I tested with a low-cost PSU and I have not the problem.



When I reconnect PSU AX 1200 with my old computer, I have no problem either ... (Rampage III Extreme / i7-960)



I turned off the power saving options in the bios but the problem persists.
