K70 RGB LED locks up after tapping Caps Lock

Just Purchased this keyboard. Fell in love with it, just to find out that... Yep, the dreaded Caps Lock bug. I tap it one time, and the entire keyboard freezes. Before any of you comment about fix actions, please read what I have done.



Software Version: 1.5.80

Firmware: 1.15

Bootloader: 0.11

OS: Windows 8.1



Tried keyboard in every configuration between USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports.

Reset Keyboard Memory, and Reinstalled Software.

Uninstalled HID Drivers and CUE. Reinstalled after reboot.

Updates ASMedia USB 3.0 drivers. Reboot. Tried every configuration again.



NOTHING, JUST NOTHING SEEMS TO GET RID OF THIS BUG!!!! Anyone got anything to work? I use Caps Lock out of habit when I type.

Corsair H80i and high temps?

I've got a 4790k on a Z97X-UD5H with the H80i. I feel like my temps just aren't right.



At idle I'm getting 28-30 celsius. This seems pretty good to me, but I thought it would be around 20 celsius.



When I run Handbrake to convert a video to h.264 my temps jump up to 80 celsius. This seems like it's way to high. Also, if I look at the temps of the all the cores of the 4790k they look like this



Core 1 = 79

Core 2 = 80

Core 3 = 80

Core 4 = 65



Since Core 4 is 15º cooler did I get a bad i7 processor?

Or do you guys think it has something to do with the paste/mounting?



I'm using the paste that came with the H80i.



Also, my processor Vcore when set to auto is 1.248 (which is pretty high)

I undervolted it down to 1.150v and set the over ride to 1.170 and get an actual 1.164v

Machine is completley stable at this vcore and standard 4GHZ with 4.4GHZ Boost.



Attempts at overclocking have been abandoned because of these high temps.



I’d REALLY like to figure this out. Hope someone can help! :)

Naming Scheme for Non-US RGB Keyboards is Messed Up

This issue is what keeps us from having universal profiles everyone can use, no matter if you use the US, UK, German, or other version of the RGB K95/70/65 keybaord. If you want universal profiles, make sure Corsair knows. I think with a good naming scheme for the keys, this could be entirely possible. We no longer would have the incompatibility issues between different country's keyboards.





I was working on translating a US lighting profile to a German lighting profile and realized while reading the .prf file that there are a few weird naming schemes Corsair keeps.



1-- The Z key is referenced to as "Y" in lighting but tied to the "Z" action



2-- Multiple keys are referenced that do not exist on the German keyboard such as "[" and "]"; however, are assigned German actions.



3-- "left" versions of keys, such as Left shift, are referred to simply as "shift"



These quirks make it very difficult to make universal content for the RGB keyboards and it is disappointing to me the naming convention is not universal. I have no way of knowing what "[" means on the German keyboard.





I propose a simple solution. Please provide the community with a graphic that shows us what the keys are named for every keyboard layout. Also, could we have default .prf files for every keyboard layout? The RGB community is great, but we are held back from using CUE to its full potential because the naming scheme for keys on different keyboards is not universal.

K95 RGB Macros Not working

Hey I recently RMA'd my Vengeance K95 and Corsair did not have any in stock to ship me so they sent me a K95 RGB for free. So far I love it, but the only thing that I cannot get working is the Macros, on the V K95 I could easily record and assign my user/pass for some games to the g keys or just set a macro in the program, but with the RGB when I record anything in macro or set it in CUE nothing happens when I press the G key.....I can open the macro in CUE and it has all the key press/depresses but the actual macro does nothing in notepad or anything. Anyone have this problem before? what should I do to fix it?

CUE Feature Suggestions

so I've been messing around in CUE quite a bit now. It's definitely not as complicated as many made me believe it was. But it leaves much to desire, still.

Here are some suggestions that'd make creating profiles a lot easier and more powerful:

• A layer system:
  

  Like in Image or Video editor. That way you can put for example a group lighting on top of a single key lighting. The current rulesets apply to each layer individually. There are global groups which apply to all layers and every layer can have its own local groups. The layers themselves can be grouped together as well. Each layer can have its own reactive typing on top of the global one, the layer reactive typing would be prioritised.

  
  
  


• Being able to initiate a macro/different lighting once a lighting effect has finished:
  

  Like when you create a macro there is an option for a second macro.

  
  


• Also make that second macro available for every action type and being able to start a lighting effect once an action is finished. That way you can chain an infinite amount of actions and lighting effects together.
  
  
  
  
  


• Initiating a lighting effect on other keys with the press of a specific key or group of keys:
  

  This applies (unlike reactive typing) only to a single key or a selected group of keys, which initiates a group or single key lighting on a selected group/key.

  
  
  


• Make the software window and column sizes adjustable:
  

  As it is right now it is very tedious to browse through lots of groups and many actions/lighting effects with longer names.

  
  
  


• Creating profiles for a different keyboard/layout:
  

  Maybe a drop down menu from where you can choose the keyboard (K65/K70/K95) and the layout (US/DE/AZERTY). Unused or not available keys will be ignored when displaying on the actual keyboard. A built in converter would suffice as well.

  
  

If you have more suggestions feel free to post them here.



I'm not pushing corsair to implement this, just giving some ideas.

Am building new computer with Corsair 540, Sabertooth MB and AMD9370 CPU. I have a H110 Cooler but H110 Compatibility spec on box does not include my FX9370. Is this so? if so what cooler can I use?

nachdem ich eine LED-Leiste in mein Gehäuse verlegt habe, musste ich feststellen, das ein Kratzer in meinem Seitenpanel ist. Und der ist nicht gerade klein.



Gehäuse ist knapp 2 Wochen alt.

Würde ja eine RMA aufgeben, hätte aber noch ein paar Fragen.



Muss ich das Seitenteil vorher zurückschicken? (Wäre nicht so schön, da der Innenraum sonst viel zu viel Staub fangen würde)

H2100 Feedback

Hey everyone!

Today I decided to upgrade my headset! I decided to pick up the H2100. I absolutely love my Vengeance 1300 but I really needed the wireless more then anything.. the 7.1 and 5.1 is pointless imo as I just run them in stereo anyway.



I do have some questions though, I was hoping you guys could help me out or maybe even hear thoughts from the other owners of the headset.



1. The blue LED on the side of the headset, Mine always seems to be constantly flickering. Muted or talking ingame or teamspeak it doesn't make a difference. I was under the impression it was meant to be a solid blue? Also is there anyway to change the colour? I installed the software but all I can seem to find is the equalizer settings.. Can't find it in the headset control panel or corsairlink.



2. The equalizer settings themselves are.. a little odd tbh. Despite using Stereo most of the time, I wouldn't mind the option of using 5.1 or 7.1 but when ever I enable it.. it seems to enable some kind of Virtual Environment.. Like an Echo and it's incredibly annoying. Do you think you guys will ever implement a toggle switch for this in later software releases?



Overall the headset is pretty good for the price, But I'm not gonna lie.. there some things that are really annoying.

Unlike my Vengeance 1300 that cups around my whole ear, this headset seems to have a major gap at the base of the headset. A gap big enough that that my thumb can fit in with ease!



It just seems that the headset isn't very tight.. It doesn't seem to mold to my head like the 1300's did.. seems very loose is all.



The bass was a little overpowering (and believe me I never say that.. I love my bass! ), But with some small tweaking of the equalizer settings I was able to have fix it.

Is there anyway I can use my dedicated sound card without having to use analog/wired jacks versions of the headsets?



Also just a side not.. Why did you guys change your logo? The old one was way better! hahah. The new logos reminds me of something out of diablo!

With the rings around the headset.. I'm not a big fan of the yellow. It would be awesome to maybe implement some kind of interchangeable ring like you have on your Hydro water coolers. That way people who have colour themed builds can match or better yet be able to respray to any colour they want!

I searched for a while and didn't come across anything. Has anyone experimented with marquee style / scrolling text on the keyboard? I imagine it could be done, just like maybe your name, initials, or just something stupid like LOL scrolling across the keyboard



It was just a thought, if anyone is interested in giving it a shot, i'd like to see how good it looks and maybe throw some more suggestions out.

carbide 500r support h110i gt

Hi all,



I am looking for a h100i gtx or h110i gt compatible case which also looks nice and is less than 57 cm in depth, less than 27 cm width and less than 56 cm height to fit under my desk on the tower bay. I have seen the corsair carbide 500R the corsair specs say it supports rads upto 280mm but one review says you may struggle with fitting a radiator at the top.





I want to fit the h00i gtx or preferably the more powerful h110i gt (if I could) at the top and the fans underneath to push air into the radiator. But from the pictures it looks like you can only mount the fans at the top and radiator underneath so it will be pulling air. I want to be be able to close the top mesh cover of the case, I don't want to leave it removed because of the radiator that would not look nice. Thus will I be able to mount the h100i gtx or h110i gt at the top with fan underneath ansd still close thw top meshed cover. I like the white & black colour. Or will I have to look elsewhere. Anyone know of compatible cases which also look good as well?

I/O Front Panel mounted to desk

Looking for a way to mount a I/O type front panel to my desk to have more convenient USB and Audio inputs but would like to simply plug it in via the USB and audio ports on the back of the PC. Is there's something along this line or a way to adapt the ends from having to be plugged into the motherboard?

Corsair Link with Windows 7 or 8.1?

I have to decide what operating system I am going to purchase and use on my build where I have a H100i, an AX1200i, and potentially a Commander Mini installed.



Will Corsair Link will be more likely to function correctly with Windows 7 or Windows 8.1?

Corsair h100i not showing up on Corsair link.

Hello, my corsair h100i so far has been giving me nothing but issues.



I installed my h100i correctly and the LED and fans are running but I can't see the pump or fans on the Corsair Link program and the USB cable is connected.



SPECS:

MOBO: Gigabyte 990fxa-ud3 rev 4.0

CPU: FX-8320

GPU: R9 290x

PSU: Corsair CX600

OS: Windows 8.1





What I have tried so far:

• Plugging the USB into another USB connector on my board (only has 3 and I tried them all)
  


• Editing my registry didn't work.
  


• Installed and tried every version of Corsair Link.
  


• Installing USB 3.0 drivers

I'm pulling my hair out right now, I just CAN'T get Corsair Link to work with my h100i... any ideas?

Ich hatte eine H60 Gen 1 und hab mir eine H60 Gen 2 gekauft, da ich zu faul war die Backplatte von der Gen 1 zu entfernen hab ich sie einfach dran gelassen und die H60 Gen 2 Montiert und die dazu gehörigen fest zieh schrauben benutzt.

Mein Sockel ist 1150 Asus Z87



Meine frage nun sollte ich die Backplatte wechseln oder kann ich bedenkenlos die alte Backplatte von der H60 Gen 1 weiterhin benutzen?

Weil ich wollte die Gen 1 verkaufen und von der Gen 2 die Teile dazu ergänzen weil sie sind ja fast identisch oder geht das nicht ?

My thumbscrews on my side panels won't hold it together anymore, and I've had a aproval from Corsair for RMA. Do i need to send them the side panels or do they just send me a new one? The email says:

USB 3.0 Front Panel Adapter

I have upgraded all of the families computer cases to Obsidian 750D's (x3) and one C70 Vengeance. All in anticipation of upgrading to a Windows 10 Build.



Unfortunately there has been a glitch; two of the older motherboards do not have a USB 3.0 connector for the front panel. Fortunately the C70 has a USB 3.0 front panel adapter, but the 750D does not.



Corsair does not seem to sell the cable, nor the C70's parts box; is it possible to get this cable from Corsair?

H100i GTX Reviews/Benchmarks

Has anyone found any tests yet? Do reviewers usually get early access to a product like this? I'm on the fence about purchasing another cooler but I'd like to see the results from this one before I do. If it's not going to be a month until that happens that is.

K65 RGB keyboard acts like it's constantly being unplugged/plugged in

Morning all, I've run into a bit of an annoyance and my searches have not pulled up anything in the forums.



My issue is that my keyboard, which has been running smoothly since purchase has recently begun to act like the usb cables are constantly being removed and then plugged back in. (keyboard goes dark, usb device removal sound, keyboard lights back up, redetects and then can be used once again.)



I've tied unplugging the device completely and reinserting the cables, as well as switching usb ports. It actually seems to be acting alright at the moment but there's no telling how long this is going to last. I've attached the corsair log from this morning and it looks like there's definitely issues going on, I'm just trying to nail down what exactly.



thoughts and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Corsair 600T Side Panel - Windowed

Hi all,



I have a Corsair 600T and for quite a while now I've 'unsuccessfully' been on the lookout for a windowed side panel.



Now previously I had a white 600T and that came with the windowed side panel and the mesh cutout which you could swap over. I replaced the white 600T with the black/graphite version, and this only comes with the mesh side panel.



Where can I get one from that is actually - IN STOCK!?

K70 RBG Makes ASUS Maximus Hero Vii Hang on boot.



I have updated the bios and still continue to have problems getting a clean/solid boot with my RBG plugged in.

I have tried all ways, using USB 3 only plug, plugging both usb's into usb 2.0 slots, tried using bios switch, no matter what I get Q code 64 hangs and weird hanging as the computer boots from cold boot and also reboots.



I Know it's 100% the K70 RBG causing my issues, since I have unplugged it and am now using my old K70 with burnt out LEDS.(Cough).

I have boots from Cold/reboots about 400 times and it works 100% perfect.



Any est. on a fix for hanging issues with certain Motherboards?



I would sure love to use my 200 dollar keyboard I bought!:mad:

Link mini unit light not blinking after 3.1 - not working then of course

Here I am again - opening my pc case and blowing magic dust in it.

After 3.1 installation I lost connection with link mini and basically it's

totally useless (if anyone wants to buy it, i will give you very special price).

I have done almost everything - used different inputs - cut the power before

turning on my PC and all the mambo jambo you can ever

want to do (and i was really hoping this will be out of the box and

play kit - noup).



Problems before the 3.1 installation:

Link soft didn't show CPU temperatures and load. Also 4 temp sensors

didn't show results in main interface. But there was some data showing up

when you made the right click on the small icon, which shows the small

information menus. Also it forget light settings after a while and you had

to reset them all the time. But i still managed to change light settings and fan speed.



After 3.1 installation:

Link soft shows real time CPU temps and loads (I was like OMG this is working),

but soon after that I was so disappointed when i realized that It didn't show my

ventilators and temp sensors + light kit was totally gone from the menu.

WTF corsair.



I even installed windows 7 on it (cause It had less problems as I have find

out in forums), but still with no success using link mini as it should work.

So I installed Win 8.1 back.



The light on the mini unit doesn't blink - it's just green - what means it

doesn't communicate (I guess) - so If anyone has suggestions I'm all over it.

what do you think about it - at least it's a long shot.



Also can you flash the soft on the light and link mini?

You know - like you can do with graphics card etc. If so then

Corsair K70 RGB keybord "lagg" issue

Hello!



I have been serching all over this forum, and cant find a solutiuon for my problem.



Got my k70 RGB (red) some months ago.

Ever since the start i have had trouble with it..



When i play games at steam, Counter Strike GO mostly, my keyboad kinda "locks" sometimes.. hard to explain, but i can try..



When you run arround i use ASDW, when walking arround the "A" key stucks and i run to the left for some seconds without beeing able to do anything. It

's not just the A button can be S,W,D or any other on the keyboard.



Had first windows 8.1(64) and in all frustration i tried for fun to install win 10. but still same problem. its no updates for USB drivers.

I have the newest firmware on the keyboard.



So dont know what to do? is it the keyboard itself or something else?



And ofc.. the damn lightning effects always locks.. but well, can live with that, but the keys locking makes it unplayable.





EDIT:

I can add that it's not just in steam, i get it while tryping in browsers or whatever aswell, key stucks typing(example): "hello, whats for diiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiner?"

Need Update on RMA Status since Corsair Picked a Very Lousy Dealer

From what I understand, Corsair makes their DRAMS in Taiwan. (The made in Taiwan label on them gave it away).

From what I perceive by glancing out the window, I am living in Taiwan.

And from what I understand of mandarin (and I do understand it, been in Taiwan a while now), AHQ is Corsair's official dealer/agent in Taiwan.



So why is it taking them 17 days to

1. Not be able to complete the RMA process which they initially said usually takes 14 days.

2. Not be able to provide any information when I checked my RMA number (The number they gave me for my RMA is 15020828146) in their website.

3. Not know what the RMA status is when I actually call them and ask about it.



And come on man, 50% malfunction rate?

I bought 8 of these DDR3 modules only 3 years ago, and by now only 4 of them are still up and running. I didn't even manually overclock them. Hell I didn't even use the XMP settings at all, I just had them run at the dafault 1333 frequency.



So please, explain to me why Corsair picked such a half-assed dealer in the region where they make an entire line of their product. Because I am finding it increasingly difficult to justify buying corsair stuff in Taiwan now that I am planning DRAM upgrades.



And give me some updates.

CX600 stops working, power-ups-briefly issue

I have been using my CX600 on my Asus P7P55D-E LX mobo since 2011. Last night my PC just died. It's the usual "power-ups-briefly" issue, like in my case it's shorter - 1 or 2 seconds.



So I did the paper clip test but I didn't remove PSU from the case. I did remove most of the pins though, especially the ones in mobo. Nothing.



The stand-by LED in my mobo still lights up so I'm sure there's still power.



What's weird though is that when I move the 24-pin plug, it powers up a lil longer, 3-4 or even 5 seconds but dies again.



I will call Corsair tom but I will appreciate if anyone could give me some insights on my predicament. Could it be the mobo this time since there's still the "brief power up" moment or is this a classic PSU retirement symptoms?

K95 RGB Just another problem to complain about...

I don't know if this is happening to multiple people, or just me. But anyways, When ever I use a certain profile going, lets say a Rainbow profile, It will pause and just sit there. Turning on / off caps lock / numlock / scrolllock has no lighting anymore *To left of scroll wheel * and everything sticks until I unplug and plug the keyboard back in.



Any help is appreciated!

H110i gt + AI suite

Hello i have a question about my h110i gt. In Ai suite i only see the rpm for the pump there is no way to alter the actual profile for the fans attached to the radiator. The fans on the h110i gt both plugged in to the pump unit its self and the unit is plugged in to cpu_fan on motherboard (ROG Vii Hero).



I am wondering if that is normal or should it have an option in Ai suite to set a profile or are the fans speed controlled by the pump alone?



as for my temp they seem fine with idle 25-28 and after 45min of realbench the loaded temps was 68 max so im guessing thats ok.

Hi! i've a problem hope you can help me to solve. I've decided to upgrade a bit my machine, buying another ddr kit @1866mhz. I had already an CMZ8GX3M2A1866C9 memory kit and i've bought another CML8GX3M2A1600C9 sure to be the same memory just with the second one with low profile. If i put a singolar kit on my pc, it work fine with the X.M.P. profile enable, but if i put both kit at the same time the sistem work but only at 1333mhz with the X.M.P. profile disable. I've already try to reset and upgrade the bios but still nothing. It's possibile that this two kit can't work fine together at 1866 mhz? thanks so much and sorry for my english.

Just got my shiny new HX750i and H100i today, so I will be putting it all in my rig tomorrow :D I was just wondering if the Corsair Link software works ok with the MSI Z97S SLI Krait and forgive me for being a complete novice, but I would link the HX750i to the H100i, and then the H100i to an internal USB header to monitor both right?

Obsidian450D + 3x120mm fan at top = blocked 5,25" bay?

Hello!

I'm planning a new build real soon and the Obsidian 450D is currently the case apparent.



What I want to know though, is if I put three 120mm fans at the top (SP120's to be exact, which are 25mm tall) will I still be able to use the top 5,25 bay? I need both 5,25 bays to be usable so this info is super important to me before I commit to buying parts.

In case it's unclear, this will be a purely air-cooled setup. So no radiator there, just the three fans. Thanks as lot :loveeyes:



Also now that I think about it, will the frontmost fan have enough clearance above whatever is occupying the top bay to do some exhaust work? Admittedly I mostly want it for the aesthetic of 3 LED fans at the top. So even if it's not working optimally it's still ok. I just wouldn't want it to sit immediately on top of the optical drive or fan controller...

I'm looking at my first Mechanical Keyboard and I really want one with MX Brown switches as they provide a good compromise between gaming and typing. Currently I have a very noisy AX760i and upon calling tech service I was advised that I was causing my own problems by using a UPS device.

Wow I did not see that coming :eek:

Then we proceeded with the formalities of getting the RMA set up and I asked to do an advanced RMA so I can get a good power supply ASAP and they transfer me to another department only the learn they do not have any stock on the AX760i.

They say call back in a week and maybe they will have stock or possibly can offer an alternative.

Why should I have expected any better service I say to myself looking into my 600T case that has had multiple issues (5) since new

Might just be time to buy another PS and use this one for a door stop.

It would not be a Corsair unit that replaces it.

K95 RGB Make Something Happen After One Thing Happens

It waves side to side, if I knew how to do that, I could get going. Whenever I import that profile into CUE, it does not add the wave, just the white background and blue Type Lighting.

K95 RGB and CUE incompatibility with PS3 Controllers?

I have a K95RGB, and many times the keyboard would freeze outright, with CUE saying the device malfunctioned. Upon further investigation (closing all my apps one at a time, unplugging everything else one at a time) I discovered that the root cause was the PS3 Controller plugged into the system.



I had DS3 and Better DS3 running, but those dont seem to interfere with the keyboard. Upon plugging in my PS3 Controller my keyboard's animations immediately stop and the device goes into input only mode (freezes). I have tried with and without the DS3 Controller drivers, and both devices are plugged into separate USB sockets. I have not tested this with other game controllers like the Xbox or Steam controllers.



Is this a known problem/is there a workaround? I really enjoy playing games especially on emulators with the PS3 Controller.

New user here, love the keyboard. Really gives my desk a cool vibe. Quickly browsed the rules, hope I'm not breaking any..



I searched for a while and didn't come across anything. Has anyone experimented with marquee style / scrolling text on the keyboard? I imagine it could be done, just like maybe your name, initials, or just something stupid like LOL scrolling across the keyboard



It was just a thought, if anyone is interested in giving it a shot, i'd like to see how good it looks and maybe throw some more suggestions out.

When we designed the RGB keyboards, our goal was to give users the ultimate gaming keyboard with the most advanced color customization and lighting effects available. We achieved these goals with unique multi-color per key lighting, layered animation effects, and extensive customization software. We also planned and promised support for 16.8M colors. H100i gtx compatible case

Hi all,



I am looking for a h100i gtx or h110i gt compatible case which also looks nice and is less than 57 cm in depth, less than 27 cm width and less than 56 cm height to fit under my desk on the tower bay. I have seen the corsair carbide 500R the corsair specs say it supports rads upto 280mm but the review below says you may struggle with fitting a radiator at the top.

I want to fit the h00i gtx or h110i gt (if I could) at the top and the fans underneath to push air into the radiator. But from the pictures it looks like you can only mount the fans at the top and radiator underneath so it will be pulling air. I want to be be able to close the top mesh cover of the case, I don't want to leave it removed because of the radiator that would not look nice. Thus will I be able to mount the h100i gtx or h110i gt at the top with fan underneath ansd still close thw top meshed cover. I like the white & black colour. Or will I have to look elsewhere. Anyone know of compatible cases which also look good as well?

I did read about that it can be a improvement to change the rear exhaust to intake so the radiator gets more cold air. Ill use two gtx 980 in this case and im still in the planing phase so nothing is assembled. PSU will mostly stand on a glass desk but since the feeds arent that high i have no clue if i should give it the isolated way .. could take some hot air from the gpus away.

Magma/lava profile? (K70 RGB)

I'm looking for a predominately orange profile that moves a little bit/"shimmers" in a way that looks like lava or magma. Bonus points for red or white glow on key press. Anyone seen anything like that or feel like making it for the K70 RGB?

H100i on an Apevia X-Jupiter

I just got a Corsair H100i. I plan to install it on an Apevia X-Jupiter on the back fans. The case has 5 fans. The top fans slot is empty, but I plan to use one of the fans from the back once I install the H100i in the back.



The box says the H100i requires top dual fans. Does the X-Jupiter comply with the airflow requirements ?

HX1000 output voltage regulation problem

First off this power supply is from my testbench not the system in my sig. This system consists of:



HX1000 | Asus P6T Deluxe-V2 | Intel Core i7 970 | Corsair H110 | Corsair Dominator 6GB Kit | Asus GTX 760 DC2OC | Samsung 840 Pro 256GB



The system recently became unstable and randomly powering down and re-starting. I found that the +12V rail from the HX1000 was getting as high as 13.992V in BIOS and showing 13.494V in CPUID HWMonitor. At the same time in BIOS the +5V rail is reporting 5.983V and the +3.3 is under-volting at 2.960V.



I have switched the power supply to a different 750W and the voltages and system are completely stable now for a week.



I connected a 120mm fan to the HX1000 and jumpered it to run and I am reading a steady 12.13 volts with my Fluke multi-meter. The 5v output I measured was in spec too.



I also tried the HX1000 on an old EVGA 680i LT SLI with a Core2 Q6600 and the voltages look fine in BIOS.



Can anyone tell me if my HX1000 is pooched or if there are other steps I can take to trouble shoot. I don't trust it on my current testbed at this point. I have ran this powersupply on this testbench for quite some time with no issues until now.

Problème son casque corsair vengeance 2100

Bonjour, j'ai acheté il y a trois mois maintenant un casque Corsair Vengeance 2100 et remarqué rapidement de très gros problèmes au niveau du son:

J'ai très souvent le son qui se coupe sans raison pendant quelques secondes, ou le son qui se brouille et devient complètement incompréhensible pendant plusieurs secondes. L'émetteur est juste à côté de moi, et si je m'éloigne ça fait la même chose, que la batterie du casque soit à fond, à moitié chargée, ou presque vide.

Sans parler des bruits de fond constant!

Pour un casque de ce prix, c'est presque du foutage de gueule, d'autant plus qu'apparemment vus les posts je ne suis pas le seul.

C'est vraiment dommage car en soit le son est parfait, le casque est confortable et beau, seulement voilà, le son déconne beaucoup trop...



J'aurai donc voulu savoir s'il était possible de palier à ça sans forcément renvoyer le casque, ou si c'est un défaut de fabrication, et que je sois obligé de le retourner au site où je l'ai acheté, ou à vous directement?



PS: J'ai voulu essayer le casque sans l’émetteur en le branchement seulement en filaire pour voir si ça venait de ce dernier, or mon casque n'était plus détecté... le casque ne peut-il donc pas être utilisé avec le câble de chargement, sans l'émetteur?

when i move file from my hdd to my ssd its around 80-100 mb/s

but when i move the same file between my ssd's its jumpin all over the place startin from 1-250 mb/s

its large file

on ssd benchmarks utilities i get 450-490 transfer rate on both ssd's

any 1 knows why its happenin?

bin neu hier und habe sicherlich nicht alles gelesen, bzw. gefunden was ich suchte.



Seit ein paar Stunden nutze ich meine neue Tastatur. (Benötige sicherlich noch eine Weile, fehlerfrei zu schreiben.) :winking:



Was mir nach der Installation usw. auffiel:



Wenn ich die M2 Taste drücke, sind in der Grundeinstellung die Tasten: Q, W, E ,R, D und F farblich von den anderen Tasten getrennt. Dachte es wären grundsätzlich die "WASD" Tasten - oder irre ich mich?



Wollte, da ich auch beruflich damit arbeite, die M3 (als Beispiel) einfarbig und ohne Effekte gestalten. Kann ich das in der Grundausstattung tun? Also ohne die Utility Engine nutzen zu müssen! (Bitte um Entschuldigung falls ich die Lösung dazu noch nicht gefunden habe..) :o:



Eine Frage noch zu den 18 G Tasten: die funktionieren im Grunde überhaupt nicht, oder? Nur mit entsprechende Zuordnung bzw. Programmierung.



Wollte diese als zusätzliche Möglichkeit in DCS (Digital Computer Simulation) für meine Flieger wie der A10-C nutzen. Werden aber nicht erkannt. :[pouts:



Wenn ich der G1 als Beispiel eine Funktion zuordne, welche in DCS ganz normal ist, startet auf einmal mein Thunderbird!? :bigeyes:

Hey guys. So I have the K95 RGB for some time now. I haven't really spend much time digging into the software and I am trying to figure something out. Maybe you can help

Is there a way to make the G keys on the left side of the keyboard (G1-G18) into their own independent keys instead of having to bind them to another key? When playing a game, for example, league of legends. It allows you to bind a command to a second key. I want to be able to just push that button and have the game recognize it as its own key. Is this possible? Thanks!

K70 RGB CUE won't let me select Profile tab?

Hi all, I've owned my K70 for about a month now with nothing but fantastic results. However just recently I moved my computer, and since then CUE refuses to let me select the profile tab. It starts me off in the settings tab. I can select Lighting and Actions and they appear to contain some profile. I have opened a ticket ( #6590457 ) and have only had a single response. I've uninstalled CUE with REVO and I'm still having this issue. Does anyone know what I can do?

K95 (non-RGB) burnt out LED's?

What should I do if this happens? I've noticed a lot of people saying that it's from ESD issues, is this true? Also, I'm looking to upgrade to a K95 RGB if the keyboard needs a replacement, is there any way that I can get a discount on the upgrade?

SP120 Fan screw problems.

I've been trying for half an hour now and I can't get the screws into the fans. I've never had this problem with any other fans I've used and I've been building PCs for many years. I'm using the screws that came with the fans so they should be the right size. This is ridiculous. What were they thinking when they designed these?!

It seems like im just retarded as heck. I looked at my local retailer and found a Corsair Link Commander Mini and a Corsair Lightning Node (i guess thats the name of it). Then i did check my Corsair Link hardware:



1x H110i GT

2x Dominator Airflow Platinum

1x AX1200i / AX1500i (didn't decide yet)



So.. i've seen a usb 2 onboard adapter for the AX1200i with a mini / micro USB slot in it and in the PSU but i couldnt find a cable in the video to connect them.



In the Dominator Airflow Platinum video it says you can put the LED into the PWD aswell but then i guess you cant use corsair link so i need a lighting node just for this purpose?



Same goes for the H110i GT i guess so .. i would like to know how many and which of these items i need and how complicated it will to hide them or present them in a nice looking way in my Graphite 780T.

Having major malfunction with Corsair Link?

So everything was working great but then I was over clocking a bit thru Precision x playing around with BF4 and I suddenly lost power to my PC. I thought perhaps I pushed too far with the OverClock but then when I started the PC the below attached image message appears. And then after a few minutes my PC lost power again and then the same thing has continued about 4 times now each with that message right before it crashes.



Any ideas what to do?

Corsair AX860 can't jump start HELP PLEASEEEE!!

Here's a quick video showing what happens when i try to jump start it. I have just completed my loop and trying to jump the PSU so that I can leak test. The PSU is connected to a couple of LED Strips, I have tried connecting the HDD and SSD as well but still the same result.



I'm positive that the PSU works because I have been using it perfectly for the past 5 months, and the jumper shouldn't be loose, because I have tried using paper clip and wires, and I still can't get it to work.



ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED, I really need to use the PC asap :(

K70 RGB Volume Wheel Resistance?

I've been using my K70 for a couple months now with some issues, most of which I can look past, but the volume wheel has been bugging me a bit.



How much resistance is there built into your volume wheels? On mine there is barely any. I was expecting there to be a lot more resistance. It will not spin freely on its own, but it takes close to no force to move the wheel.



Are yours easy to rotate or does it feel like there is a lot of damping/resistance?

K70 RGB Lights Freezing

I've had this keyboard for a couple of months now and went away for vacation for a few weeks and now that I'm home it won't stop freezing. It was working before I left, as it would rarely freeze. Now that I'm home I'm lucky if the profiles run for more than 5 seconds before freezing. :brick:



I've tried just disconnecting and reconnecting it and then restarting my PC and nothing seems to be working. All software is up to date. Hopefully you guys will be able to help me out.

K70 not detected by Windows

Hi,



Just received my K70 keyboard. Plugged it in (passthrough first, then keyboard), installed CUE without errors but, windows does not find any drivers and it doesn't work. It does works fine within the BIOS.



Looking are other posts for help:



-Tried installing the CUE with the bios switch at different settings, with no luck.

-Tried manually installing the drivers but when locating them in the CUE folder, windows says no drivers found.

-Tried uninstalling all previous keyboard drivers first (Logitech), no luck.

-CUE obviously does not detect the keyboard, since windows does not either...



OS: Windows 7 64 bit

MB: Asus Maximus III Formula

CPU: Intel i5 750



All usb ports are 2.0.

System drivers and bios are all up to date.



Any help would be appreciated.

Corsair Link 3.1.5525 working great

I would just like to congratulate Corsair on a job well done, I had uninstalled CL a long time ago and was just using my MB headers. I decided to clean up my PC and thought I would give the new version a go for the giggles... I was pleasantly surprised to see it all work and to pick up my ax1200i PSU and h100i without any problems. It can only see 1 gpu out of 2 but thats in the known issues and your working on that so.

XMS3 fails manual clock setting to 8.00

System:

Corsair: XMS3 32GB

Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3

AMD 8120

My motherboard keeps returning an error for overclocking memory failures whenever the memory clock is upped from the default 6.66 (1333) to 8.00 (1600) which is the rated clock of the modules.

My motherboard came back from Gigabyte and checked out Ok. Voltages nominal.

A memory module was found to be defective by utilities from this site and Corsair replaced the pair with a set with the same version as my other pair (4x8Gb)

My CPU doesn't show any signs of heat damage, and the pins have never been bend or damaged. The paste is non-conductive, and pins are clean.

Power Supply has never heat failed.

MB generates the same Memory Overclocking fail whether peripherals are plugged in or not.

What could be causing the MB to generate a Memory error ONLY when the Clock is raised from the default setting?

H100i turned pink

Hey,



Okey, so I've had my H100i for about 4 months now and the cooling is working just fine, no problem there. Now I've noticed the LED on the pump has suddenly turned pink (used to be default white) for some reason, just over night and I don't know what's causing this. I'm not using the Corsair Link software, I've simply got the pump and fans plugged into the motherboard.



Has anyone else experienced this?

H1500 Win8.1 driver plz

What is the deal with no driver for windows 8.1 for Corsair H1500 head set?

I ran the win8 headset driver 20.35 in compatibility mode but it does nothing but bug out and make issues on my PC.



I have gone into Admin tools , Services, Human Interface devices to disable it to fix one issue but this is not a full fix. Half the time when I cold boot my PC or reboot my PC the headset does not work. :evil:



I am semi deaf and this is the first headset I can hear on as I cant have my hearing aids in on the PC. It is 2015 and we should have a stable driver for windows 8.1 by now. I do like this head set but after weeks of trouble shooting this bad driver I am ready to junk them. :mad:



Any word on a driver for windows 8.1? Any ideas on what I can try next to make this driver work correct or am I just SOL. :sigh!:

POLL: Keep stock 550D fans or upgrade to AF/SP fans?

Quick poll here everybody. I have a Corsair Obsidian 550D case and a Corsair H100i Hydro series cooler. The case comes stock with 2 front intake fans (120mm) and 1 rear exhaust fan (120mm). I'm wondering if the stock Corsair fans (for the case and radiator) are good enough or if it's worth it to upgrade them to AF/SP Corsair fans? I'm less worried about physical appearance, as the 550D does not have a window, and more concerned with raw performance.

Who would leave the stock fans?

K70 RGB Unable to edit colors!

So far, installed software, downloaded profiles, they run great!



now its time to create my own!

I click on lighting, click new, click ripple, add 2.

now i click edit



nothing, no response, in fact everything except "add" is in a darker shade of grey implying i'm unable to use them. Anyhelp??

Need H80i/H100i Mounting Bolts for Socket 115X.

I'm trying to use an H80i cooler in a Socket 1150 motherboard, but have misplaced the small double sided Mounting Bolts which mounts the cooler block bracket to the motherboard. Corsair support will not have these back in stock until 5/5/15 (ouch). I have attached a jpg photo of the item if anyone has these left over from their build, I'd appreciate getting them from you. I've just got my K70 RGB a few days ago and I cannot press 'delete' or 'F2' to get to the BIOS and the screen would briefly say 'NO KEYBOARD DETECTED' before Windows boot up. It works on they keyboard's BIOS mode when I switch it but it takes at least a minute to get to the UEFI. I'm using USB 3.0 (1 plug with the keyboard on it).



In addition, I also encounter a delay when I boot on to Windows, that I have for like 10 seconds before the keyboard would work so that I can enter my password.

Tubing length with HG10

I currently have a 290x with an HG10 in my system and while I am happy with it, the only place I could mount the H80i with it is in the bottom of my 760T so it blocks me from installing my sound card anywhere on my MB. I know the H75 will allow me to install the radiator in the front of the case and I am hoping it will allow me to then install my sound card. Unfortunately I cannot get an H75 here by tomorrow or Saturday so would like to know if there is another Corsair cooler that will allow me to front mount the radiator in a 760T. Thanks for any help.

K95 RGB K95 Press "Q" - Sticky Key problem

I have a K95 was working fine but a few months and now when I press "Q". it will show "eiopqrtuwy[]\" and turn on all the light of the keyboard.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled all the driver, firmware, etc.

Rebooted , unplugged. Same result.

Any idea what should I do next??

Actually it happens once when I bought it about a week, then I replaced the old keyboard until I take it to the service. Before I take it to the service center , the problem disappeared when I tested it once again. but it happens again now

H60 - Erste Generation Langzeitnutzung

Lieber Corsair-Support, liebes Forum

ich melde mich als „Langzeituser“ einer Corsair-AIO-Wasserkühlung.

Anno 2011, am 23.08.2011 genau, wurde in meinem Rechner eine H60 in Betrieb genommen. Zuvor gab es schon damals aufgrund einer schnarrenden Pumpe einen Soforttausch. Auch die zweite Pumpe schnarrte bei maximaler Ansteuerung und ca. 4200U/min. Durch eine Runterregelung auf ca. 3800 U/min wurde sie endlich flüsterleise und verrichtete fortan sehr zufriedenstellend ihren Dienst.



Am 24.02.2015 musste ich leider feststellen, das offensichtlich die Pumpe nicht mehr funktioniert. Die von mir ständig kontrollierten CPU-Temps gingen plötzlich hoch. Tückischerweise zeigt der Drehzahlmesser der Pumpe immer noch eine normale Drehzahl an. Der Zuleitungsschlauch ist jedoch deutlich erhitzt und auch mit Vollleistung zweier montierter Lüfter funktioniert die Kühlung nicht mehr.



Schade. Was habe ich gelernt?

Eine AIO-Wasserkühlung ist in ihrer Haltbarkeit aufgrund der Pumpe begrenzt. Annähernd 3,5 Jahre sind ein guter Wert. Da kann man nicht klagen.



Doch was nun?

Selbstverständlich tausche ich die Kühlung sofort.



Meine Frage an euch, bzw. Corsair:

Wie in meinem und sicherlich auch in vielen anderen Fällen ist „nur“ die Pumpe defekt. Der Kühlradiator tut es bestimmt noch, oder gibt es dort Korrosionsschäden, die zu erwarten wären?



Besteht die Möglichkeit einer Wiederaufbereitung der Kühlung ihrerseits in einem vertretbaren finanziellen Rahmen? Ansonsten besitze ich wieder einmal ein Stück Elektronikschrott.



Mit besten Wünschen für ihre Produkte, auch nach dem erneutem Rückruf der neusten Serie an Wasserkühlungen.

780T Sichtfenster

Hallo,



ich habe mir letzte Woche das Gehäuse 780T in Schwarz gekauft jedoch möchte ich gerne auf beiden Seiten ein Sichtfenster haben. In euerem Online Shop konnte ich leider keines finden und ich möchte ungern den geschlossenen Seitendeckel bearbeiten um dort ein Sichtfenster zu installieren. Kann man sich so einen Seitendeckel bei euch nachbestellen und wenn ja wieviel kostet das inkl. Versand?

K70 Key chatter again

My third K70 has developed key chatter. Yes 3rd! Thats three of these god forsaken keyboards since October. And the only reason the three have lasted this long is becasue I don't have time to continually RMA my keyboard, otherwise I would have went through half a dozen by Christmas. Never in my life have I had so much trouble with a piece of computer equipment and I have been using computers professionally for 20 years clocking up to 80 hours per week with my hands on a keyboard over that time.



So I know that RMA is my only option ...again. I also know that in 6 weeks it will be my only option again....and again, and again, right up until the warranty has expired then I will have to buy a new keyboard after having having spent £115 for a years worth of frustration and hassle. The £8 replacement I am using right now feels like crap, but it works perfectly. It has never once chattered or failed to respond to a key press.



My problem is that I don't buy the official explanation of switch failure... Why not? Well, my experience of using these k70's while they were failing suggests the problem is software, or if its hardware, its something other than switch failure. My current keyboard now has 23 keys that chatter, and three that often don't respond on the first press. Now thats a pretty epic failure rate. Also, it started on the tab key, but now the tab key works fine. The problems seemed to be spreading across the keyboard from left to right. Started with tab, 1 and e, then moved on to r, t, u, o, then enter and right shift. Interestingly the minute the top row 1 key started acting up, the number pad 1 key starting acting in exactly the same way. But I could plug it right now and find that certain keys that weren't working are, and new ones have developed problems. None of this seems to fit with switch failure.



Some people blame it on the cherry reds... but I have read plenty of reports of people experiencing the same on browns and blues.



Some people say its the anti-bounce software that all keyboards use... don't know enough about this, but I imagine everyone would experience chatter if that was the case.



Some people have told me it's my typing style:mad:...but thats plain nonesense. Why was my typing style ok for the first 6 weeks then? Also, I have been typing a long time and on hundreds of different devices and if that were the problem, then the k70 would be the only keyboard I have ever used that required you to learn a special typing style in order to use it effectively.



Some people have said its dirt, dust, food, ash, dandruff, or whatever. Ok, I do a little bit of everything around my keyboard as I spend so long at it, but really - its never been a problem in the past except for liquid spills, and I didn't want a keyboard that I would have to use in a biohazard suit in a sealed room for it to last. Surely it can't be such a delicate little flower can it, with its heavy weight and industrial looks? Anyway, I meticulously and carefully clean it regularily with no effect on the problem.



Now I am going to have to go back to mushy keyboard hell just so I can do my job properly:(:. And now I have experienced the silky feel of cherry reds its going to be very hard to go back to the jarring feeling of rubber dome, but its looking likely I'm going to have to becasue this keyboard has seriously tainted my view of mechanical switches.



So off to rma again but ultimately I expect it to be a pointless exercise and have a feeling I will be using a different keyboard from now on.

Dominator Platinum DDR4 Cooling?

Could you tell what system is compatible?



My problem is that I have this ram on a Rampage V extreme with a GTX980 on the first slot of PCI-Express. The GPU almost reaches the RAM so I think there is no space to add a cooling system.

Thermalktake 750watt Blows when Flipped !

I had my Thermaltake 750 watt bronze for about 3.5 years. I noticed how the psu`s are shown on the web sites fan on top. Now this psu was in a Coolermaster HAF 922 but was on carpet. So I felt bad for it maybe not getting enough air flow so I flipped it. All was fine for 1.5 days and I felt better as it inspired confidence with fan up. Well last night I heard a loud bang and pop and the whole system died. I went down to local Tiger Direct and picked up a Corsair HX850i , wich is something I wanted anyway. Why did it die only 1.5 days after I flipped it ? The fan was running all the time on it. Could a drop of water from my new Corsair H100 cpu Hydro cooler maybe dripped down into it and shorted it out ? To be on the safe side, I installed my new psu face down ! Corsair tech support said the Hydro cooler does not drip ! Thanks.

PSU for Intel S5000XVNSATA

Hi, this is my first post in this forum, and I hope to obtain a recommendation for a computer running on Intel's S5000XVNSATA motherboard, which requires 4 separate power supply cables. I've tried out a PSU from a certain other manufacturer, but as it turned out it lacked 2 of its 4 required cables. It requires, for your convenience, Main power (24 pins), CPU power (8), P/S aux/IPMB (5), and P12V4 power (4). The manual says it also needs at least 650W to run properly.



I understand that the P/S aux/IPMB cable with 5 pins is dispensable with this motherboard, but I still need a PSU with the other three, even though all four would be best. I've been browsing through the main website, but I don't read technical specifications well, hence this post.



The computer runs 2x Xeon X5355, 16 gB FB-DIMM RAM @ 677 mHz, nVidia's NVS graphics card, and perhaps another internet interface card.

K95 RGB US - Adapting profiles to PC input?

I'm wondering if keys can be assigned based on input other than what's built in the Corsair Utility Engine..



I haven't seen anything in the forums or anything in the docs even hinting that this is possible..



An API into the engine would take this keyboard to the next level.. If that's not happening I'll probably look into maybe some way of assigning keys dynamically..



You could change patterns based on your stock portfolio.. Color pattern changes synced with your health level in a game.. If your Alt & F4 is blinking it means you spent to much time on foo.com and on and on..



Is anything like this in the works or already in production?

K95 RGB CUE will not recognize my NEW K95

I just recently purchased a K95 RGB and i cannot get the CUE software to show the keyboard.



I have tried the single usb3 connection and the double USB2 connection (Yes I connected the one with 2 arrows first) to no avail.



I have a M65 that works just fine with the software.



I used to have Logitech G510 keyboard and still have the software installed, I don't know if that could have something to do with it, but i use a lot of macros for work and would like to have the CUE working before getting rid of the Logitech software.



One weird thing is when i first start the program in the Main settings tab of the CUE software it will not allow me to go under the device tab. After a little while the device tab becomes available even though there are no devices under the tab( i had disconnected my M65 to try and get the keyboard working before reconnecting it). I have uninstalled and re-installed the CUE program many times and tried the 2 versions that are located on your website.



Any help would be greatly appreciated.

K95 RGB Corsair K95 RGB Cherry MX Browns not available in the Netherlands?

I ordered a Corsair K95 RGB Cherry MX Brown 2 months ago. Since then i have gotten 3 confirmation emails saying that my keyboard will come none of those 3 times it came. Now I've gotten an email saying it will take 2 more months before it comes and I'm not sure if it will come because that is the fourth time they've said it will come. I checked other Dutch sites that sell the K95 RGB aswell and they don't have it in stock either. I want to know why it takes 4+ months from Corsair to ship some keyboards and I want to know if there is a way to get it faster instead of waiting 2 more months. feedback would be much apreciated. thanks

when i open the interface of the software and klick on :

"test microphone" the only thing i hear is a rustle/audio acoustic noise



when i try to speak with someone in skype or teamspeak they hear me rustle/audio acoustic noise



i try evrything but my mikropone won't work

hab gerade die o.G. Kühlung verbaut und trau dem ganzen nicht. Die Idel-Temp schwankt zwischen 30-35°C, aber sowie etwas gemacht wird, steigt die Temp sprungartig um mehr als 10°C an, während die Wasser-Temp immer um die 29-32°C schwankt. Sowie ich Prime laufen lassen (gerade mal 1 Minute), sieht man, wie die CPU-Temp locker auf 75°C steigt. Irgendwas stimmt hier doch nicht? Hab bereits mehrfach die Pumpe neu aufgesetzt.



Was mir aufgefallen ist, das die Backplate irgendwie locker sitzt. Ist das normal?

K95 RGB Cant get profiles to run

So this has probably been covered already, but i cant seem to find anything that helps.



I successfully loaded a whole bunch of profiles such as the pacman profile, without any error messages or hiccups.

now when i set a profile to active/default the keyboard does nothing. no lights are on. is there something i need to do to start a profile?

Replacing/Upgrading H60 Cooling System Fans

My PC has developed an intermittent "chatter" that may be coming from my Corsair H60 120mm cooling system fan. Because my PC sometimes runs very hot due to the games I play, I am considering a higher volume cooling fan and the push/pull method. Any suggestions regarding the use of: (1) two H60 SP120L 2000 rpm pwm fans or (2) two H80i SP120L 2700 rpm pwm fans or (3) two Air Series SP120 high performance edition high static pressure (3 pin) fans? I assume (due consideration to Murphy's Law) that without fan control, I can mount the 3 pin fan on the 4 pin connection.

K70 RGB Just got mine, would love some help!

Hey guys! I'm new here, and my K70 RGB finally came in after waiting for days from Amazon (stupid snow delaying shipping!). Anyway, I downloaded a Spiral profile on here, and I found where to import it. So, I imported it (under the Profiles tab), and it shows the rainbow on the program and all. But, for some reason, the rainbow only happens on my keyboard when I have the program open and am inside of it (ex, if I click Google Chrome the lights stop). How can I solve this? Would love to get this fixed. Sorry if this is a stupid question!

Issue with putting the RAM inside the motherboard

Hi, i just bought some Corsair vengeance CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9 4x1 GB .

I already had some XMS 3 2x2 GB .



It works perfectly and i can see my 8GB and its detected.



Here is an imgur image please take a look at it and tell me if evrything is correct in the CPUZ thing (if evrything is detected) .



The thing is that when i was putting the RAM inside my ram slot it went in but i coudnt close the clip (The white little clip that does a noice when you put your ram inside the slot ) .

The XMS 3 Went perfectly in and it clipped . But the Vengeance had issues and it went in, but i coudnt clip it perfectly, and its a bit stuck in between that clip .



So i was wondering if it can cause problems if that ONE ram stick coudnt clip perfectly but it still works.

For example if it coud fall in the case or something like that . I'm a bit nervous and worried about that.



In general :



-Bought Corsair vengeance 4GB (1stick).

-I can clip all the sticks (XMS 3) but the corsair (VENGEANCE) has issues with that little white clip.

- The white clip is not clipping the ram stick .

-My motherboard is good, its all DDR3 and Dual channel (Mobo : P8H67-M pro B3)

-I'm worried

RMA 6559025 re: CA-9011115-NA headset-Proof of delivery to Corsair on 2/18, but lost?

I had an RMA for a headset replacement and sent it in on 2/13/15. According to my Proof of Delivery receipt from UPS (tracking# 1Z023R7R0374826814 ), it was signed for with the last name BROWN and received on 2/18/15. I am still without a headset, and the RMA status has been stuck in "ARRIVED" for some time. I contacted Corsair via Live Chat, and was told that the agent would "screen shot" the UPS tracking information, and once the package was "found", they would update the ticket.



Can this be right? I certainly didn't lose the package (and paid over $20 to ship it to Corsair for an earcup frame crack, a known flaw in the lot that I own). When I inquired on what the time frame looked like should the package not be "found", my question was ignored. I'm very let down by the manner in which this is being handled, as the standard RMA processing time according to the warranty page is 1-2 business days, and it has certainly exceeded that time frame. How much longer should I expect to wait before I will receive my replacement headset?
