Since all else is failing, here goes nothing.

I won't go into details, but this is my 4th negative experience with Corsair Customer Service (out of 4 total).



I've had shipping to the wrong adress (three times), one tracking number while there was actually two, sending wrong parts (twice).



Each and everyone of those with LONG (3-4 weeks, one even took close to 2 months) delay in answers or etc.



This time it's my TX650M (reference ticket # 6462717). I want an answer.



I would've been PSUless (since the fan does not spin anymore), if I didn't buy a competitors PSU.
