Why don't you generate an Error if the H-series temp is not rising, while the CPU is getting warmer and warmer? That would definitly indicate a Heatink problem, and solve lots of problems for people (like me) who just dont know whether the heatsink is applied right or not.
You could make the Treshold configurable, So it would be adaptive to OC systems.
Indeed, 20 Kelvin or such would without a doubt indicate faulty installation or TIM.
