Vengeance 2000 Cracking

My vengeance 2000 has cracked, around the earcup which makes them pop out every 5 minutes. I still have a year of warranty left but I really do not want to have to send them to holland, as it will be expensive and will take a long time. Is there a way I can send it to the retailer I bought it from (scan.co.uk)?



Also, were do I find the lot code?
