Can anyone tell me if my keyboard is shot or is this a fixable problem? Whenever I hit the q button on my keyboard it'll just type out "p[]\eioqrtuwy". It also activates the custom LED settings like only lighting up WASD. All of the other keys are working fine. I've tried installing the new firmware and unplugging/re-plugging into different computers around my house.
