How do I - Change key color

I can change the color? but the black or blank don't always work, I can at default click "All" keys and click blank and they go out, but if I do another profile like for a game and click blank it does blank but when I hit a color even the same color as default its half as bright. I have my default to blue, then if I create a profile and start with no lighting, all keys to blue ( they are not as bright) and change other colors from blue I get strange mix of colors.



Another thing is if I click "lighting effect list" it has the search bar but no list, its blank. I've looked through a few youtube videos and can't seem to find what I need to do.
