RGB K70 backlighting doesn't work.

I just got this awesome keyboard a couple of days back and I have enjoyed it so far.

I was able to add some make my own keyboard profile and have inputted a few others (the Blast Radius and General Typing profiles).

However, today when I logged on, something odd happened. The keyboard lit up just fine when the computer started up and went into the default red and white mode. When I went into Corsair Gaming Software and tried to change the default default profile (Set As Default Profile), the keyboard goes black immediately. The only light is the light above the 1 at the top right hand corner (near the media keys).

By unplugging the keyboard and re-plugging the keyboard in, I can get the default color scheme (red and white) to work. Does anyone have any advice? I installed the software in the last 48 hours so I think that it is up to date.

Let me know if you need any further information.

On a side note, I just found out that the ']' key has a corner that is 'sharp'. (Sharp is too strong a word; but there is definitely a poke to it). It reminds me of when you are clipping plastic bits off of a sprue (e.g. model building) and if you don't clip it perfectly, there is that jutting part that needs to be filed down. It isn't on the top and so I don't really notice it, but I thought that I would put it out there for the record. Maybe it is a common issue.

Thanks in advance!
