The latest firmware update turned my old unit into a brick and this has now been replaced.
The new unit is running the latest firmware and I have the latest app on an iPhone 4S, ipad 2, ipad Air and now iPhone 6 but all I get when I try to play a movie is the "unable to play video file"
I have raised a ticket (6527235) but am not getting any help other than being told to use the "open with" route which also does not work. When telling the support person that this wasn't working they just said that it should work and that the app has been changed to work that way rather than just tap the file to make it play.
This sounds rubbish to me as when you tap the file it tries to play the movie!
Can anyone help me out here please?
I'm losing the will to live with this hardware and wishing I'd never bothered buying one!
