AX1200w PSU

Hi all, i recently had an expensive Asus Rampage IV BlackEdition motherboard and 4930k cpu die on me luckily my supplier replaced them with new parts, i have no idea what caused this and would like to rule out my 3 year old AX1200w psu being the culprit, Looking at readings from HWiNFO> +5v=4.960, +3.3v=3.280v, +12v=12.096 (goes down to 12.000 when idle) are those reading accurate enough? being only software readings.

Any opinions/help would be very much appreciated thanks;):
