I've acquired a Voyager Air today- have wanted one for a while but couldn't afford one, so took a chance and bought a used one from 'a famous auction site'- from a business seller, so I can return it if its not working properly.
I've ben trying to update the firmware today, have followed the instructions to the letter, but it won't update.
I'm wondering whether it's been formatted and is lacking the required files to support the update package - all that's in the root, other than the update .pkg, is three folders; '6.0', 'System Volume Information' and '$Recycle.bin'.
Any ideas?
