H80i: CPU over heating at idle

Hello,

Latest: Link software, H80i Bios.

Case: Fractal Design Node 304

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K

CPU starts to heat up fast after PC is turned on. CPU reaches close to 100celcius with load in matter of few minutes. Idling for long periods with very little load CPU still goes to 70-90+ celcius. Room temperature is around 22celcius. When moving the PC as cold you can here liquid inside H80i pipes moving. Pump makes some noise when it is on.

I did reinstall H80i checking mounting and reapplied heatpaste after cleaning old carefully. Checked push pull fans around heatsink (one pushing from inside the case to heatsink and other pulling from heatsink pushing out from back of the case). All fans are running including case fans (2 at front of the case).

Attached is an image with Link, RealTemp, CPU-Z and GPU-Z visible on it. PC gets fast from start to this state without having to cause any real load on it.

Any idea what is wrong? All ideas and help would be appreciated.

Regards, Suomilapsi
