Changing profile withouty disabling 'auto profile switching'

I was wondering if it is possible to change profile through pressing a button on your keyboard, but at the same time not disabling 'automatic profile switching'.



At the moment I use the right windows key to cycle through a list of profiles.

However, this automaticly disables the auto profile switching for when i start a game.



Does anyone know how to change this?
