Corsair M45 doesnt work

I just bought a new M45 and it doesnt work straight out of the box.

My PC detects it plugged in, it is shown as mouse and keyboard under devices..

LEDs are glowing, even sensor is on as it seems but it doesnt register any movements or button clicks..



How can I get it back to life? I was on vacation for two weeks, im not even sure if I can send it back.
