CUE not recognizing device on system startup

I wasn't having problems before, but unfortunately, I had to wipe my drive and reinstall Windows for.. reasons.

Since reinstalling everything, I've noticed that whenever I restart the computer, CUE won't recognize my keyboard on startup, saying no device is detected. Restarting CUE alleviates this problem, but it is an inconvenience to close and reopen CUE every time I start my computer.

CUE updated to latest version. Keyboard (K70) firmware is updated. USB drivers and chipset software are all updated. Z77 Asus motherboard. I've tried 1 3.0 port and 2 2.0 ports, both with the same results. (using 1 3.0 port results in keyboard freezing when hitting Caps lock a few times, a problem many people have been reporting)

Not sure why this is happening. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? I've uninstalled and reinstalled CUE repeatedly, in addition to different USB drivers. I'm out of ideas other than reinstalling Windows again, lol.
