Have a H90 cooling kit installed for cooling my graphics card, everything has been working for me since the purchase in Mars last year. Now however since 1 week back, the pump has started this rattling noise that make one go crazy. :confused:
Have tried the obvious things like tapping the pump to shaking the radiator, with our without the pump running. The noise seems to disappear when the pump is in certain angels however or when the pump logo is facing upwards. But since it's mounted on to the graphics card and my case (Corsair Carbide Air 540) isn't really made to be in any other position then standing makes that option a no go. Have also tried reducing the pump-speed, but the only thing it does is making the rattle slower.
What's weird is that it seems to go away sometimes, but for like 95% of the time it's in this state. Have been holding of to do a RMA because of this, since it would be a shame to send it in and (don't know if you do) be charged for returning a what you would claim a non-faulty product if it somehow is quiet when you inspect it.
Any tips on how i should proceed? :biggrin:

Uploaded a 15 sec short video on Youtube. My camera however isn't that great picking up the sound, but if you turn up the volume a little you can hear it. In real when observed you can hear it from another room with the door closed, it's the kind of sound that seems to pierce through anything. :-/
