system wont boot

had someone check it and 1 stick was bad. Didn't realize it had lifetime warranty so I got rid of the bad stick.

Purchased this http://ift.tt/1JXFkge

and the system won't boot with it.

Mother board is a Gigabyte GA-P43T-ES3G says up to 16gb of ram. What could be the problem?

I an running 64bit OS Microsoft.
