Concerned about 5820K and Three Year Old HX850

I am reading that there is a new generation HX850 that is supposed to be approved for the 4th Gen Intel chip. I have the 5820K and a three year old HX850. So far, so good. Am I to expect issues? The PSU was released during Sandy bridge. Not sure if it is up to spec for Haswell-E. Please advise...
