Saving Settings to the M65 RGB

Hi Folks,

I've just purchased a Corsair M65 RGB. All seems nice so far. There is one issue I'm encountering - unless I run the Corsair Utility Engine at boot, the settings I previously set don't seem to get restored (e.g. mode / LED colors). Once I run the Utility Engine these settings are set once again.

Can these settings be stored in the mouse so I don't have to run this program when Windows boots up? I'd like to be able to run it only when I need to do programming or change other settings.

The Utility Engine software is using CPU when moving my mouse, I've seen it uses up to about 0.7% CPU when I'm moving the mouse quickly. As I'm extremely strict about how much CPU background processes use I'd prefer not to run this at boot time if possible.

My previous mouse stored the settings onboard so there was no requirement to run the programming software at boot. Perhaps this can be done with the M65 too?

Any advice would be appreciated!

Thanks
