Corsair RM650 PSU

Hi guys, this is my first post in being a member of Corsair Forum. As I have stated in my title, I am currently looking to purchase the Corsair RM650 PSU. But here is the doubt that I have, my current PSU configuration is a Cooler Master 460W PSU, which is considered junk by forum members. Therefore, I am planning an upgrade. The dimensions of both the PSUs are 150x140x86 for my cooler master PSU and 160x150x86 for the RM650. Will this PSU now fit my Cooler Master Elite 371 casing? I am worried if I purchase it and I cannot fit it into my PSU. My current PC is almost 3 years old. Please do ask me any questions that I missed out.
