AX860 shutting down

I have a number of Corsair PSUs. Today I am finding that my AX860 is shutting down when the GPUs are under load. I felt the PSU and it was rather warm. I tipped my case over enough to see that the fan in the PSU was not turning. The PSU fan switch was set to Hybrid mode. After turning the fan switch to Normal mode the PSU fan started to turn a little but still the PSU would shutdown albeit given a few more minutes than before.

IMO this PSU is faulty. I thought I would post here and ask for someone from Corsair to give me their RMA blessing.... :sigh!:

Not able to access profiles?

I bought a k70 RGB today, and I really like it but when I go to the CUE, it wont let me click on profiles. what gives? Any help would be appreciated. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or I'm just stupid.

Can't remap buttons on my M65

Well..I can but nothing works. It's been a new problem since the new CUE update.

Any way to fix this or is this a known issue? I don't see anyone else mentioning this

But I guess the big question is does it work this time? The software would simply stop starting after a couple months for me before...

Can i use Corsair ax1200i DOngle with RM850?

hello I recently got a USB dongle for a Ax1200i from a friend and was wondering if i could use this Dongle with the RM 850 Series?

H100i Failing?

Turned on my computer today. Everything was fine for the first 15 minutes. Noticed that my H100i LEDs were pulsing between red and blue, which I thought was weird. Then my CPU fans starting spinning faster and I realized that my CPU temperatures were at 75 degrees.

I turned off the computer. Went to grab something to eat.

Came back thirty minutes later, and now my H100i is back to normal. White stable LED, and temperatures back to 30 degrees.

What might have happened here?

I have a second H100i that Corsair sent me mistakenly during a RMA. Should I open that package up and swap out the cooler?

K70 RGB Problems with new K70 RGB I got today. :(

So after a lot of waiting, I managed to get the K70 RGB today.

I connected it up and after a while of reading around , got to grips with the basics of CUE.

So at this I have two problems that are most important:

1) After booting into Windows, K70 RGB returns to default red+white profile and even if I select my custom profile, it has no effect on the keys. I have to everytime create a new profile for the colours to change.

2) When I turn PC off, the keyboard stays lit and cycles between the default white+Red and the default colour wave. I have tried USB 2.0 and 3.0 - same story.

I really like the K70 RGB so far but if these problems can't be solved I will have to return it because they are too major to ignore. :o:

Corsair HS40 raptor. Crackling buzzing noises.

I have had this headset for up to a year now and all of a sudden the sound doesn't seem to be working, and when i do play sound all i hear is a horrible nasty crackling and buzzing sound, the sound is constant whenever sound is played.

i have the updated software for this headset so it shouldn't be a driver issue etc.

could anyone help me with this?

K70 RGB K70 RGB - My list of issues

I posted a few times in other threads also giving my logs, but I think that it might be more informative to describe all my issues in one thread and post logs - I think that way problems might be identified and if you have additional questions I can provide clear information or run tests.

Previous CUE release:

1. The CUE would hang all the time - only unplugging keyboard would help (sometime the polling switch helped).

2. Steam worked fine

3. Battlefield 4 causde lights to get stuck and CUE to hang.

4. There would be no light upon starting bios and on windows lockscreen

5. BIOS loaded longer (unplugging keyboard led to instant bios splashcreen)

Current CUE release:

1. The CUE does not hang (good job guys).

2. Steam causes lights to hang (they stop mid transition) but keys work. Switching the polling switch to BIOS causes the lights to flicker and switching it back remedies the issue.

3. Battlefield 4 causes light to get stuck and CUE won't display profile - in my opinion sometimes only unplugging helps. But will run some more test. I just started Origin before starting BF4 and it did not hang (but it hang before on running Steam)

4. The keyboard stays on after closing windows. (well, this way the keyboard is lighted when on lockscreen but I doubt that should be how it works)

I have the latest firmware.

My spec are in my description.

Other unmentioned hardware that might be interfering that I have connected to usb consist of:

1. Logitech Proteus Core mouse and software

2. Xbox pad wireless adapter

Additional software running:

Firefox, Symantec Norton 360, Kadu instant communicator, Origin, Norton 360, Dropbox, Geforce Experience

I plugged my keyboard to USB 3.0 port on the back of the mobo with one usb connector (the one with keyboard drawn on it).

On the last software I tried to delete the %appdata% Corsair folder to no avail.

Attached are my current profiles and logs.

As for other things:

1. The keyboard does not display full range of colors - it is most evident with my Word profile with type lighting where green has several steps and is not at all gradual

2. I LOVE the design, the aluminum, the font and the layout. Good job. Unfortunately I bought one with the new logo instead of the old. I love the switches. Typing and gaming are equally fun. Good job designing this thing. Unfortunately the software is not up to par this time.

3. I would love having a keyboard that would use some basic effects when in BIOS and on lockscreen (this is possible as evidenced by the demo mode).

K70 'USB Connected' sound on start up

Hi guys,

Since getting the K70 i have noticed every single time i boot into windows i get the 'USB connected' sound that Windows makes when you plug a new device in, it's connected via a single usb 3.0 port. Anyone else experience this?

Corsair 600T Graphite 200mm Fan Replacement

I've been thinking about replacing the front intake fan of my 600T in exchange for something quieter. I've seen a number of posts praising the BitFenix Spectre Pro however I would like to clarify whether it will fit behind the HDD cage or not.

Also, some people have said that in order to remove and install a new fan you need to remove the front panel whilst others have said that for the Graphite you don't need to. I'd appreciate it if someone could clarify this for me as well.

I broke my stock light bar for Dominator

Hello I were gonna swap the Corsair Dominator light bar for the upgrade kit but i accidently broke the stock one that needs to be put back in before applying the color lens, so i am wondering where i can buy that thing, please help me im in panic right now. How to recover an H80 after CL 2.7.5361 bricked it

How do I recover the firmware in an H80 after the :evil: CL 2.7.5361 program bricked it?

When I ran CL it offered to upgrade from 1.1.12 to 1.2.8. I said OK, the upgrade started and then failed :mad:. After the failure CL either no longer detects the H80 at all or detects and unknown device, offers to recover it and then promptly crashes :(:! I have the H80 connected via a CL Mini with the 1.1.6 firmware.

All in all CL really seems rather unreliable. Is there any other firmware up-loader/recovery tool that actually works that I can use?

Corsair, Please may I have the firmware upload protocol specification so I can write a reliable firmware updater?

:eek:. Note that throughout this attempted upgrade no other software was accessing the CL hardware as I am all too well aware that CL fails to use a mutex to interlock accesses with 3rd party applications

K70 RGB - Profiles on Bootup

My K70 RGB arrived yesterday, and it worked flawlessly. Used it most of the day.

When I went to power off my computer, I noticed the rainbow demo started playing, and tried pressing the brightness button on the keyboard to dim it or disable it.

This didn't work, so I decided just to leave the USB unplugged.

(I'm running 1 USB in USB 3.0)

Today, I plugged my keyboard back in and booted up my PC. The red default profile with white wasd appeared, which I had customized yesterday. So I let the CUE load up and tried to change the profile. This didn't work. I currently have 3 profiles, and when I switch between them with the CUE, it stays on the default red profile, however when changing profiles it actually dims or brightens the default profile depending on which one I've selected. Rather weird.

I would appreciate some help on this, and if there is anything I'm doing wrong, or if this is a known bug, please let me know ;)

Also to note, the brightness and windows lock button are no longer functioning.

LEDs flickering after CUE update

Hi Corsair. As some of the members stated, I also have the problem of the LEDs flickering after a session of lighting effect ends.

As you can see, basically, after 4 seconds it turns off and starts over again. This did not happen before the CUE update. Please look into it :)

Corsair Control Panel

I just bought the H2100 wireless gaming headset and can not access the control panel. I followed all directions in hardware and software installation. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, clean booted, disabled all audio devices besides the headset, tried compatibility modes and running software as admin and every time all I get is "Corsair Vengeance Headset has stopped working" and am denied access to the CP. The headset is only working in what sounds like stereo sound. I assume that there is equalizer, mic and surround controls in the CP. I am replacing my Plantronics Gamescom 780 7.1 headset so I know I have 7.1 capability. Does anyone have a clue what I can do to get the CP working? if you need more info lemme know.

K70 RGB, LEDs freezing

I'm using USB 3.0 but whenever I launch a fullscreen game the backlight profile I am using freezes.

I have to toggle the polling rate or re-plug the keyboard in to get it work again.

HX650W CMPSU-650HX Original Stickers where to buy?

Hi to all i have a corsair hx650w that works very very well, is silent but there is one problem all stickers on the psu are gone,

there isn't problem of overheating i can touch the psu without problem and is not hot.

Everyone know if corsair sells these stickers?

the psu is good and fully working but without the stickers isn't the same.

I don't want to change the psu because two stupid stickers.

everyone know if they are covered by warranty?

i mean i buy this psu for quality but this fact of stickers is very annoying and i read that i'm not the only one with this problem.

I just got my K70 RGB keyboard and I wanted to import the mega rainbow profile created by another user. I am a little confused though as que only seems to want to import .lght files and the user created profiles are in .prf.

Sirs, I'm writing in regards to my SP2500 High Power 2.1 PC Speaker System's "Desktop Controller with attached interface cable" It seems the Controller has a "Crushed" Power On-Off Button, and will not respond to being turned on. I do not know if I should send the Controller back to you for repair / Replacement, or should I purchase a New one from you. I gather there is no user serviceable part's inside. And I do not have the Purchase Information (I have had the SP2500 now for about 1, 1/2 year's)... Thank You

[bug] Annoying little bios bug

Yes I've tried changing the switch in the back and letting the keyboard update the bios with the new settings. It does what it wants regardless.

Also another quirk is when I boot up the computer, if I'm presented with options like

"Start in safe mode"

"Start in safe with networking"

"Start in safe with command prompt"

"Start Normally" <- Selected by default

Pressing enter will move the cursor up one and hit enter. (Command Prompt)

It's kinda annoying...

K70 RGB Request: Solid Pink, light blue ripples

I finally have a K70 so its nice and all to have a bright hot pink keyboard. But I'd like it to do a little more. I'm not sure how to make the ripple effect so if someone wouldn't mine making a solid pink keyboard with reactive light blue ripples that would be amazing. If my keyboard isn't rocking the hot pink I'm either using 'Rain' (Deep blue with rain droplets in white) or having a massive colour trip with a rainbow wave.

case fan controller connection cable in link cable kit, what does it do?

As above what does the "case fan controller connection cable" in the link cable kit do? Would it allow me to use the dial on my Graphite 600T to change fan speeds as well as using the link commander?

H100i broken screws

I recently got my H100 RMAd due to a grinding noise from the pump and the replacement got here today. When installing it (exactly the same way as I installed the old one) one of the standoffs snapped, then when removing the other screws to inspect the damage another one snapped and the heads are now stuck in the thumbscrews. Is it possible to buy the screws separately as I need the use of my computer and can't afford to send it back or wait more than a few days.

New Version of CUE Available: 1.2.74 (10/29/2014)

Hi all,

After updating to this version my K70 rgb won't go out anymore after

shutting down my pc. Instead it switches to a non moving Rainbow appearance (all led stay on, computer is off).

What to do, i tried everything from uninstalling to reinstalling (even the version i had running (1.2.65 ?) that verion doesn't start up anymore after installation ? I unplugged the keyboard to shut down the leds...

Just one word: Help :sigh!:

CUE Suggestions

Hello,

I thought I'd share a few points that I think would help make CUE easier to work with.

#1 - Having the columns and the CUE window resizable would be great. Some colums are so narrow that you can barely see the text description.

#2 - The ability to dismiss and ignore the warning about setting a key to switch modes and not having it duplicated to all the modes in the profile. You already have to untick a field to acknowledge that's what you want. Just like the other warnings it should be possible to have it ignored.

#3 - The ability to have waves & ripples have a trigger frequency rather than a duration. As it stands you can have repeating waves as each new wave cancels the other.

#4 - Profile and mode exports should only contain the associated effects & macros.

#5 - Pick screen color should work outside of the CUE window, IE pick a color from a picture/icon, etc.

#6 - Have a way to prioritize foreground effects.

From reading the descriptions about the RGB series on what is the difference between foreground and background, it stipulates that you can manage 'multiple layers' to create any effect you can imagine. That is currently not accurate. In reality CUE seems to be the one to randomly decide which foreground effect will take precedence over another.

For example, I have modes which are cycling gradients applied throughout the entire keyboard. If I then set a wave effect to go 'over' the cycling gradient, each time I reboot, or change profile, the layering priority will change. Sometimes the wave will appear partially over the keys (over some groups and not others) sometimes it will 'meld' with the gradients, I can see the hue change slightly as the wave passes beneath the foreground effect.

#7 - Make it easy to downgrade firmware/CUE version if someone encounters an issue with a more recent version. For some obscure reason I cannot go back to the last 1.1.x update after having installed 1.2.x. After having uninstalled the latest version, if I install the old one I can never successfully launch Cue. Maybe having an archive of firmwares and Cue versions?

#8 - It would be great that the firmware package be named after the version that it represents. Currently all firmware packages were named 'K95RGB'.

#9 - Have a option for users to get access to release candidates of firmwares and CUE Software updates. This will allow us to experiment with pre-existent/complex profiles, and give you a heads up if any obvious issues come to light.

#10 - When setting a blinking effect using a solid alternating pattern, if it's used as a foreground at each cycle the background color will appear for a split second. It would be awesome if the foreground could cycle over the background color throughout.

#11 - Have the ability to create 'folders' to help sort Actions & Lighting effects. I use prefixes to help sort them at a glance, but the ability to create 'groups' would be a blessing for those who are overly ambitious with macros for mmos and the likes.

That's pretty much what comes to mind off the top of my head. I'll post more in here as time goes by.

K70 RGB Macro key setup question

I'd like to setup a macro to make a key plus a modifier make it do the macro command, for example

Ctrl+F1="text string"

is this possible, I figured out how to make a macro command and assign it to any key, but I don't see a possible way to setup a modifier and I dont want ot change the default purpose of the key.

With how robust the software is i'd be surprised if this isn't possible, I'd appreciate it being added if not.

Vengeance 200 USB dongle not working

Hello,

My Vengeance 2000 worked great for a few months, then one day the dongle just stopped working and stopped being even recognized as a device from Windows, no blue light, nothing at all.

Dongle is in great condition and never had a physical break or anything.

This was almost 2 years ago I guess but I never took the time to write to Corsair about it. I see on the forum the same problem has happened to other customers and the workaround was a dongle replacement from Corsair.

Model on the dongle is HF2012-TX

There is a number which might be a serial number 12189100

I'd like to have my usb dongle tranceiver replaced only, the headset is ok.

Wow, Corsair... Thank you so much for such a great CX experience. I put in an RMA request for my M60 mouse and within 2 days it's at my door in Canada AND.... It's an upgrade to the M65! Outstanding.

Just wanted to say thanks for the great support and I'm glad to have a working middle mouse button once again on the best mouse I've ever used.

Oh and another thing, I love the small but very noticeable tweaks to this mouse. More clickable middle mouse, no space between the wheel and frame of the mouse (mouse rattle) love it!

Corasair Link dos not display both GTX780's

I have upgraded to the latest version of Corsair Link. This does not display both of my GTX 790 video card fan or temperature paramaters. It only sees one.

Earlier versions displayed both cards fine.

No Profile page or Device page

Hello,

When I plugged in my K70 RGB Gamer keyboard, I had trouble doing basic things, such as logging into windows for instance. This issue fixed itself and now permits me to type to you now.

The issue I have is this:

- The CUE has no profile page for me to select.

- I am unable to go to the device page to determine if it's working normally, of which I assume it isn't obviously.

- Upon it's installation, I was given no prompt or questions about my layout as I later was told I was supposed to get, nor did I have an option to update firmware.

EDIT:

After much tomfoolery I got to the device page of the CUE and it says 'malfunction'. I'm trying to download the fireware via the 'update firmware' but it keeps saying it's failed to and it's giving me a window to try and find the image manually. Anyone got a link to the image itself?

EDIT2:

Downloaded the firmware and attempted to update, says it couldn't and failed.

K95 RGB Software Issues

Hey guys,

Got my K95 last week and I'm really beginning to get annoyed with the whole lighting, profiles and modes stuff.

It seems that 9 times of out 10 .. it doesn't work.

Almost every time I start my PC I have no lighting on the keyboard at all, I have to unplug the USB and plug them in again (sometimes multiple times), then It will load up either the default profile or my main one, doesn't seem to be any logic in which one. Then it will get stuck on Mode 1 and I won't have the ability to change it or adjust the brightness using the button on the keyboard. Oh and when I do get it to work .. the software randomly crashes.

Seems pointless having custom RGB profiles for games when 90% of the time I can't get them to work, and spend way to much time messing around with the usbs and rebooting the software.

Anyone else having these issues?

5.25 fan controller compatibility with Corsair 250D?

Does the M65 still have sensor issues?

I know it had acceleration issues before some firmware updates. I'd like to get the RGB version to go well with the K70 RGB I'll get, but I wanna make sure it works fine now.

I'm planning to get the Obsidian 750D case and I'm wondering which case fans should I go for.

I'm going to build around Asus Rampage V Extreme and i7 5630K.

There are many choices. I'm looking for quiet but good performance 140mm fans. Also I am not sure which cpu cooler to go for

Corsair Hydro H105 or Hydro H110

K95 RGB Need help. RGB flicker?

I just bought this K95 and received it today, but there seems to be a small problem. When I am making modes that make the lightning change suddenly, it appears to flicker each time the lightning resets and starts from the beginning again. I have posted a video further down, where you can see, what I mean. Can you help me sort out why, this happens? Oh, and btw.. I downloaded a rainbow off here, and when I am using that person's profile for the rainbow, it does not flicker. :/ I even copied his rainbow from his profile to my own profile, and it started flickering. So both profiles are using the exact same rainbow lightning for the buttons! I hope you can help.

Problem with my h100i

hey guys,

So I installed my h100i lately and then i installed Corsair Link.

Problem 1: I cant change my pump speed

The speed always is: 2128

Problem 2: It doenst show my CPU temp

It only shows the temperature onece every 2-4 seconds and it stays for 1-2 seconds then it disapears again and flashes red.

Firmware: 2.7.5361

h100i version:1.0.7

Channel: 1

fans: 2

Available leds: 1

Connected pumps: 1

Problem with my h100i

Odd Problem After CUE Crash

Hi,

This has happen 3 times now and it doesn't make any sense.

CUE will crash, then Waterfox cannot connect to the internet - pages refuse to load... But IE works fine :confused:

If i try to start CUE, it refuses. So I go into the Task Manager to see if it's still running, try to end the process but I cant :(:

So then my only option is to reboot, but I can't even do that and am forced to hard reset my pc :mad:

Any idea why?

I'm using the firmware released yesterday, but it happened on the previous one too.

Quiet edition Fans

V notches cut into trailing edges of fans will help reducing fan noise by smoothing airflow & reducing eddies which cause tubulence & noise. Noctua fans already have these, my SP120'S don't. Saw it on a nature program last night as to how owls achieve silent flight

K70 RBG Won't Turn OFF!

I have updated my K70 RBG to the latest CUE and now it will not turn off the lights when I shut down the computer. Defaults to the red/white out of the box lighting when you shut down the system. The old software shut it down but not anymore.

There is no EuP setting I can set in my bios and I am stuck manually turning lights off.

Why must corsair fix a few problems and make new ones every time I update?:mad:

Another thing I un-check windows key to be activated upon my profile load and it WILL not automatically turn on like it is suppose to.

Using USB 3 I've tried all ports and same thing happens.

This turning the lights off issue just started with the newest version, does anyone have a link to the old CUE? 1.1.57 or whatever so I can just re-install that ?

K70 RGB Questions/Issues

Hey everyone,

So I've been digging through posts, and some things have marginally fixed my issues, some have delayed or sidestepped some, but overall things still aren't sunshine and rainbows quite yet with this guy and I was hoping if I just threw out some of my questions, you guys might be able to give me an idea:

1. Any of the LED Toggle Lock keys (Num, Caps, Scroll) don't toggle the LED itself (but the function toggles as it should). Also the keyboard is flagged as malfunction in CUE. This issue persists until I do two things: Switch polling mode switch around until it decides to work (which is usually only 8ms mode) AND I switch from using both cables in USB2, to just the keyboard in USB3. I feel like this shouldn't be as much of a problem as it is with this product. I should be able to seamlessly use whatever polling speed I want, as well as make a decision between USB2x2 or USB3x1 without it borking the keyboard.

Is there a solution to this? Or is this something I simply have to eat as par for the course until an updated firmware comes out that resolves this?

2. Is there some type of onboard memory with the keyboard that I can save profiles to? For example I have it set to do lighting profiles based on application and they only function if CUE is running. Is there no storage on the keyboard itself for these profiles so that I either don't have to use the CUE software constantly, or if I were to throw the keyboard on my second computer, not have to export/import all of my profiles.

All things considered, I'd call this a nearly flawless product if it "just worked" when plugged in, but it has failed to accomplish that without some type of finagling.

temperature h100i extreme

hey everybody, in corsair link, my temperature doens show, but everything else works, ik can control the color, fans and pump, but when i click h100i temperature it says 0.00 degrees

H60 and Asus fan controll

Hello. I couldn't find answer anywhere in corsair forums, asus forums and just "google search study" added to confusion, hence I turn to you for help.

I connected my H60 to asus z97-a and all is working fine. Radiator fan is on cpu_fan header, pump is on cha_fan 1 header which is set to max in Fan Xpert 3. I knox Fan Xpert overrides settings from Qfan control from bios but just in case I went there to set fan 1 header for max too. From all I have read H60 pump needs stable 12v supply. I have found out that z97-a despite claming to have pwm, fan control actually regulates fans speed by voltage changes. Fan Xpert 3 has preset 4 profiles. I had to make my own where fan 1 is set on max. I can not use any other profile as it changes fan 1 (where pump is) to lower rpms. I have read that it is unhealthy for the pump to keep rpms jumping up and down (is that true?). I have 3 pin fan connected to cpu_opt header. It runs at max rpms all the time regardless of cpu_fan settings. Would it be safer to switch my pump to cpu_opt header? I am just don't trust Fan Xpert 3 as it doesn't even tell me what V is particular fan using. Also, since I have to set fan speed to maximum in order for that header to output 12V, pump connected to it runs at 4500 rpms (according to fan xpert 3 anyway) and is not loud or anything, it is fine. But I have read that h60 pump should be at 4000 - 4200 so I am 300 over top limit... or is it good and normal.

I hope anyone can give me a hand here, this is my first 100% done just by me build. I am also very proud of my cable management and so including a pic :)

Repeated key press macro not working as intended K95 RGB

Hello there!

I am typing this on my new K95 RGB with MX blue switches, and so far my feelings are mixed. The keyboard itself is beautiful, and the lighting works flawlessly etc. I am, however, experiencing the following problem:

I have a simple macro setup that I use for my one, two, and three keys (the ones above the "W", not the numpad ones) that macros pressing "1" down, waiting 1ms, and then letting go of "1", repeating every 1 ms while the button is pressed down. Same for 2 and 3 with their respective numbers. This allows me to not have to mash buttons during WoW sessions, it allows me to just press the number buttons down and hold them down.

I find that on this new keyboard, when I activate those macros and assign them to my number keys, something is wrong with the rate of speed that these numbers are actually sent to the system. For example, this is a sample size of what your keyboard is sending out when I hold down one for approximately one second of time:

Here is a sample size of the same thing when utilizing my old Black widow Ultimate keyboard with the same macro (actually the black widow one is set to 4ms delay):

As you can see, big difference. Additionally, after further testing, it seems as though if I hold the one key down but then press and release another key a few times, then the macro takes off in speed dramatically. For example, if I hold one and while holding one, press and release the "two" button four or five times, while doing this the speed at which the "1"'s appear hastens DRAMATICALLY. Here is a two second example of this:

in that example, the One generation rate is significantly slow until I start rapidly cycling the two button after I do that four or five times the one generation starts to go faster and faster.

I don't know if there is anything that can be done about this but I feel like the macros are not currently working as intended, unless I am doing something wrong. Any advice, or alternatively, questions about my macro setup or execution, please let me know. I really want to like this keyboard but if it can't put out macros the way they are configured then I'm probably going to have to return this and it is by far the most eye catching keyboard I have ever laid eyes upon. Any assistance is appreciated.

Ich habe mir das Corsair Link LED Lighting Node mit 3 LED strips bestellt. Das ganze in das 760T Gehäuse eingebaut. Sieht zwar schon ganz gut aus, aber mir ist das noch nicht gut genug ausgeleuchtet. Es wurde ja damit "geworben" dass man eine große Anzahl von diesen LED strips anschließen kann (Weiß nicht mehr genau wieviele...irgendwas mit knapp über 30?). Jetzt würde ich mir diese LED strips gerne nochmal nachbestellen, aber ich finde keine Möglichkeit diese einzeln zu kaufen? Könnt ihr mir sagen wo ich zusätzliche LED strips bestellen kann?

760t Plexistaub zieht Staub an

Nun bin ich auch ein stolzer Besitzer eines 760t. Mit gefällt es sehr gut. Sieht super edel aus! Leider ist mir nach 2 Tagen aufgefallen, dass das Seitenfenster extrem stark Staub anzieht, besonders innen (war bei meinem vorherigen Gehäuse nicht so stark). Dadurch geht leider dieser "saubere" und edle Effekt des Gehäuses etwas verloren. Gibt es dagegen irgendein Mittel? Liegt wahrscheinlich an der statischen Aufladung?! Mit Abwischen habe ich es schon probiert :D: Aber ich schiebe den Staub dadurch nur hin und her, es bleibt am Plexiglas kleben...noch schlimmer als an meinem schwarzen Klavierlack TV :O Jemand einen Tipp?

RGB K70, A $180 BETA TEST TICKET? Or just the worst keyboard ever ?

This keyboard is so bad it is hilarious. Tears of hilarity and sadness come to me very often as I work on this beauty.

How can a company like Corsair release such garbage and pass it off as a finished product?

It cannot hold a light profile for more than 30 minute into a gaming or typing session. It seems the more and harder you use it, the quicker it crashes. Even something as basic as a one color set seems to be too much for this trash firmware to keep its brains together. It just stops working, lights freeze and goodbye knowing if your caps lock is on or off.

It drops the performance of any game. If the keyboard malfunctions while you're in a game, pressing keys too fast (like when you're typing or playing any video game ) will drop your FPS to single digits. It is beyond me how a keyboard can have a firmware/software so badly designed it hinders the performance of the computer.

It also interferes with sound, cutting it out. As I type now, I can hear my Pandora breaking up because I am typing too fast without having reset the keyboard.

This is so bad I can easily make it fail on command.

This would be done by getting a complex profile, such as a rainbow wave, enable the type lighting that triggers waves across the keyboard, and make it malfunction within 10 seconds of spamming two or 3 keys at a time. What kind of people are these developers and engineers that don't test, or knowingly release such trash for sale? Shame on you, shame on your work, you and your product are utter trash. Go work at McDonald's.

You scammed me Corsair, nowhere in the box did the product advertise I’d be part of a beta test group and my frustration and bad user experience would help you troubleshoot your product and give you the monetary funding to finish developing the keyboard.

What amazes me is that people will probably come in this thread I just created, and dare ask me “what troubleshooting I did, or if I want troubleshooting help” to fix it.

I’m sorry, but I’d have to say that I am using the product as intended, this is a keyboard, with a cable you plug in. Now unless you assume your users are so dumb they’d plug in the usb cables to their phone jack socket, I don’t know where you’d think your users went wrong, especially when the internet, your own forums, are filled with users complaining of how much trash this keyboard is.

H80i and washers

Hey guys, just got my H80i for my 4690k on a GIGABYTE Gaming 5 mAtx motherboard, but I noticed that the backplate is very loose. So i installed 2 washer on each of the backplate female screws, but then I realized that the backplate was still moving somewhat. So I install 3 washers on each of the screws so now the back plate does not move at all (this is before I installed the cpu waterblock).

So, my question is this: is this a bad thing? Should the blackplate be moving somewhat? There are enough washers so that the backplate screws don't even protrude through the motherboard (It's barely underneath the motherboard surface). Don't worry, the computer isn't running, I'm still awaiting parts to arrive in the mail.

Cue Software issue

Hey guys, i recently bought a K95 vengeance keyboard and found the CUE software, seeing it's available options i thought it would be cool to test out the functions of the keyboard and figure out how to make some macros for easier functionality for repeated stuff..

Anywho, im having issues making the macro run after i have recorded it, there doesn't seem to be anything regarding a default (or even to change the default to anything else) button that will run the macro after it's recorded, am i missing something?

When the software is first run it also gives me an exception message about there being no device connected, i don't see how this would be related to default keys.. but who knows.

What is your favorite key type.

Or name a different type,such as Razer greens or Logitech mechanical.

PC struggles to power up

Hi guys

I've had a issue with turning my PC on for months now but today it just wouldn't start at all. For the past few months i've had to flick the PSU switch/Mains switch and then press my PC power button for it to start. I finally got it to start today after 2 hours, once I had removed my monitor cables.

There were no lights on on the MOBO whilst the pc was off (not even sure if there should be?)

I have replaced the psu plug lead and also tried to see if it would boot from another mains socket, which it didn't.

Another thing maybe worth mentioning, when I am in a game I get a buzzing thru my studio monitors/headset which corresponds with mouse movement.

specs: corsair ax850 modular, gigabyte z68xp-ud3, i5 2500k (not oc'd atm), gtx 570, crucial m4 ssd, corsair vengence ddr3, coolermaster storm stryker case

Problem with CMZ4GX3M1A11600C9 and Asus P5Q3

Hello.

First of all here is my system in case you need it.

Motherboard: Asus P5Q3 (Bios version 1102-last available)

Memory: 1 DIMM CMZ4GX3M1A11600C9 (Orange slot @ 1600 MHz)

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E8500 @ 3.16GHz

You can see all specs above or in my profile.

The above system works pretty good.

I wanted to upgrade my ram to 8 GB, so I went to a store and got another CMZ4GX3M1A11600C9 dimm. Bought the same to avoid compatibility issues.

Ok here is the problem.

I removed the old dimm completely.

Plugged in the new dimm and I got a black screen with no video output.

Then I did a reset to bios.

Same thing. Also tested all the available slots to be sure.

I plugged in the old dimm, worked fine.

Spent hours in bios playing with some voltages (not too extreme) or timings, but couldnt get the new dimm to work.

Finally I configured DRAM frequency to 1100, with every other setting set to auto and it works.

Tested also 1066 and works with that frequency too.

I plugged in the second (old) dimm and now I've got a dual channel @ 1100 (550 each).

I don't get it though.

Why can't i have 1333 (or even 1600) with the new dimm I bought. I am not talking about dual channel or anything. I am talking about the dimm alone. I can't get it to work with anything above 1100, whereas the old (same) dimm works @ 1600/1333 alone with no problems.

Before doing all the configurations and before playing with settings I returned the new dimm back to store.

They checked it and they said it passed the memtests, but now I'm thinking that it passed a memtest on some low frequency, not 1333 or 1600.

I am really frustrated and lost with this situation, any toughts on what is the problem, or any configurations/settings that may be corrent will be much appreciated....

EDIT****:

Another thing I forgot to mention (don't think it really matters but you never know) is that the new dimm, has an older version than the old one. New dimm's version is 4.19, old dimms version is 5.11.

K70 RMA Issues

Hi I currently have a gun metal or silver k70 with cherry mx brown keys and blue LEDs.

a lot of the LEDs have died and its been about a year since I got the keyboard, so I started the RMA process with Corsair a while ago expecting a replacement.

I got a reply saying you can have a choice of k70 in black different key types but with red LEDs. now red LEDs mess with my eyes they seem to float and move when I look at them which is why I selected a keyboard with blue LEDs.

Now I don't particularly want an RGB k70 but its the only option I have and I don't mind paying £30-£50 on top of returning my keyboard to get that replacement.

but they have stated that the rgb keyboards are unavailable as an replacment which I feel was a bit unfair and at the moment im stuck with a keyboard with LEDs not working.

K70 Issues.

Multiple keys on my K70 have started to repeat. One press but mutliple letters. S and E are really bad and sometimes type 3 s's or E's on one quick key press. Anyone have the same issue? I returned a CM quickfire because of the same fault. But now my K70 is doing the samething.

H100i Rubber Mounting to Limit Vibrations

Does anyone have advice on how to limit vibrations on my H100i pump?

I read about people using rubber washers and grommets for their radiator and the pump back plate.

SSD keeps blue screening after years of excellence

I've just today unplugged my Corsair 128gb to put in a new Corsair Force GS 240gb to intall the OS on. I've since unplugged new one and put old one back in (which has been faultless for about 3 years or so) but it keeps blue screening roughly 20 seconds after log on. It's ok here in safe mode however. Waht the deuce? Connections are obv fully tight and I always make sure to touch the case first before any components having turned it off at the switch... :sigh!: I didn't change any boot orders or anything for the new drive install either, not that that's probably to do with anything I'm clueless aboutt hese things. Appreciate any help thanks.

H100i Fluid Overheating

I have a big problem with H100i, the fluid is starting overheating.

CorsairLink reports that the liquid temp. is 55°C. :bigeyes:

This is a fluid temp. as soon as i turn on the PC and temp. is constantly rising.

I noticed that one tube is completely cool, while the other is very hot!

I had no problems with H100i until today. Temp. fluid was approximately 30-35°C (at idle), and max. 40°C (at load).

Is the pump defective, or is something else going on here? I still have warranty (5 years).

Any suggestions please, thx. RAM GUY?!

Faded leds on keys with multiple uses

Hi guys,

I noticed that on the K70 on keys that have 2 icons or words on them (example '1, !' or '3, PgnDn') the '!' is a brighter colour than the '1' but both are on, one is just brighter than the other. This is the case on all keys that have multiple uses.

Is this normal or is something wrong? Hope you understand.

I own ASUS Sabertooth 990 FX mobo, CPU is 6-core AMD Phenom II X6 1095T. I bought 2 kits (= 2 times 2x4GB = 16GB) of Corsair Vengeance CMZ8GX3M2A1866C9. When I insert them into the slots, BIOS detects that the slots have been fed with the memory (they are visible under ASUS SPD Information) but it says that RAM has size of 8GB...

Windows 7 Enteprise 64 bit says that I have 16GB RAM, but usable is about 7.96GB.

Same with Kubuntu 14.04 64bit - dmidecode shows correctly that all 4 slots are fed with memory (4GB in each of them) but total memory is 8GB only.

I've tried to:

- reset CMOS

- reseat the CPU

- swap the memory modules between the slots to check if there's a faulty module or not

- cleaned the memory slots with air

- set the AI Overclock Tuner to D.O.C.P. and chose the profile which runs the memory exactly with the timings written in the Motherboard Qualified Vendor List...so it runs on 1866MHz now instead on the default 1333MHz; it's stable also, but I still can see just 8GB instead of 16GB

And what to check next ? I have no further idea. Any help would be appreciated.

Ive had this ram for a little over 3 years now. I love it.

But one of my ram sticks "shields?" popped off when removing the ram. Is there a reccomended way to reattach the shielding?

I have some thermal paste sitting in my drawer should i put some on the blocks and see if that holds it?

H1500 Sound fails when changing 'Source Type'

I recently purchased a set of H1500s to replace my headset.

Once I had downloaded and installed the Corsair Gaming Headset Control panel software, this opened up the ability to change between Stereo, 5.1 and 7.1. The trouble is, whenever I change the 'Source Type' - doesn't matter what I change it to, sound completely stops via the headset. The only way I've found to reinstate the sound, is to either unplug/replug the headset, or by disabling/enabling via Device Manager.

I've had a look on the Audio forums here but can't find anyone else reporting this issue. Am I missing something? I'm using Windows 7 64-bit, if that matters.

Any help would be much appreciated so I don't begin to regret my purchase.

Cosair H80i Burning smell

Hi all,

I recently purchased a refurb' Corsair h80i. it works great. Aside from the software bugs with the link software but that is not my issue atm.

Right now the radiator smells like its burning. this has happened with an old PSU i had. and after a few weeks it burnt up and died. seeing how this is a refurbished unit im wondering if i should send it in for a replacement or just wait a few more days and see if it stops?

Any input would be much appreciated thanks :D

Also the stock fans it came with are super loud if not on quiet setting. Im not sure why. it might be because the system only came with 4 washers so one of my fans doesnt have the washers. Im not sure. the fans seem pretty nice but the issue was the same when i put my cooler master sickleflows on the radiator.

k95 rgb freeking out

nothing seems to work correctly today seems to be the worst.

turned on my computer none of the m1,m2,m3 brightness or lock keys work. Every time I press a key the brightness settings cycle through turning my keyboard into a strobe light with I type

CUE not working proprerly and other issues K70 RGB

So im stumbling around for about a week now with the new K70 RGB and im not satisfied at all.

CUE stops working many times or wont even boot up when i boot up the pc. When it boots up it wont load in the profiles so a reboot is required.. guess what happens next...

PC boot-up time is increased enorm! 10 sec hang at bios splash where it was not before same where it says welcome, its hangs for 20 sec now.

Some programs wouldnt start up with the keyboard plugged in, Steam/Grid Autosport. Steam eventually did after replugging the keyboard and works fine now all of a sudden other not.

Im not sure what to do..

Does anyone know where I can download a previous firmware for the K70 Vengeance RGB (US/NA)? I am looking for v1.12 or earlier as I'm trying to troubleshoot my keyboard. Look for NA/US layout.

When will you release the firmware/driver/CUE for Mac?

Or please at least fix the BIOS issue, so that we can write all the settings (include the FX) to the keyboard. I use K70 for MAC only.

K95 RGB keyboard unrecognised/CUE software doesnt work

I have just purchased and tried to set up the K95 RGB keyboard but I am struggling to get it to work properly. The keyboard (hardware) works fine fortunately but the software isn't it seems. I have tried various methods described on this forum with no luck. At a guess it would seem either the driver isn't working properly or CUE isn't recognising the keyboard?

I've heard that updating the firmware on the keyboard is a good idea but not knowing what to expect as I can't get the software to work that is a little difficult. I'm not even sure what firmware its currently running on.

Here's a summary of what I've tried.

Running On

Motherboard: Asus Maximus VII Hero (Intel® Z97 chipset)

OS: Windows 8.1 64bit

Keyboard

- Works fine, all keys are lit, memory, brightness media keys etc work as intended.

- Have tried plugging the 'Keyboard' USB plug into a USB 3 slot.

- Tried plugging the 'Keyboard' and 'Pass-through' plugs into both USB 2 and 3 slots using the 'Pass-through' plug first method. Still no luck.

- Regardless of which slot I use I will randomly get a 'the device has malfunctioned' error message after a 10-30 minutes.

Corsair Utility Engine

- Will start up and will usually instantly exit with no reason.

- When it does run, there is an icon in the notification area with the pop out message - "Profile (automatic) : Default".

While the software is running I am unable to get response from it - ex. no window opens showing the GUI or keyboard graphics that I've seen in the guide. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling CUE, updating drivers for the motherboard and other hardware with no luck.

Any advise please? Its been a little bit of a disappointment so far :(

K95 LEDs mortes

J'ai acheté un clavier K95 il y a 7 mois. Il y a 1 mois de cela, une des LEDs est tombée en panne, et depuis les LEDs meurent les unes après les autres à raison de 1 à 2 LEDs par jour.

Je me suis rendu sur le forum Corsair, et c'est avec consternation que je constate un nombre impressionnant de pannes similaires alors que le clavier coûte plus de 100€. J'ai cru comprendre que le problème venait d'un défaut de conception dans les protections electrostatiques du PCB.

J'ai cru comprendre également que la seule solution était de renvoyer le clavier sous une procédure RMA à destination des Pays-Bas. Ceci étant quelques inquiétudes subsistent:

- Corsair prend-il en charge les frais d'envoi? Ces frais se montent à environ 20€ et il serait inacceptable de devoir payer cette somme compte tenu du prix d'achat du clavier, et du défaut de conception qui lui est inhérent.

- Corsair a-t-il aujourd'hui résolu le problème sur ce modèle? Il serait assez fâcheux de se voir renvoyer à nouveau un modèle défectueux comme cela s'est produit à maintes reprises avec d'autres clients. Corsair peut-il garantir que le modèle de remplacement sera équipé d'un nouveau PCB exempt de défauts?

K70 RGB: first impressions

I bought a K70 RGB and it arrived few hours ago.

I have connected (following the corsair instruction) the via USB 3.0 and update firmware to the last version.

First thing (verry important to me) the keyboard works well inside bios,grub, ecc.

In windows the keyboard works as expected, except CUE software that keeps crashing.

I have to reconnect the usb (toggle the Polling switch on the back doesn't work) when it happens. Even if CUE software crashs the keyboard is functional (include media keys), just the backlight freeze in their current state until usb replug.

In linux the keyboard works but the boot is slower (about 1 minute). The important thing is that all key works fine (include media keys). For now I didn't test to boot linux changing polling switch. I have tried with the default position (1).

Overall I'm satisfied, the issues are all related to the CUE software.

ps: the main board is Asrock Z77 Extreme4, and I have plugged the keyboard in the Intel Z77 USB3 port.

CUE won't work with Razer Cortex

Hello all, I'm a new user of Corsair K70 RGB, this is my first time experience with Corsair keyboard and CUE software.

My first 5 hours spent on trying to troubleshoot CUE because it wont detect my keyboard. I was really frustrated and almost giving up trying. But after I tried uninstalling my Razer Cortex, the software can detect the keyboard and everything starts working fine.

Are there anyone else having the same experience as me?

K70 RGB led stutter?

Hey guys over the last few days I have been noticing that the lighting on my K70 RGB is having some kind of issue that is along the lines of like micro stuttering, It looks like when a game is running at 60FPS but then drops to like 15FPS it slows down for an instant and the continues as normal.

Very noticeable one rainbow wave profiles

Anyone else have this? Any fixes?

H80i backplate concerns

I got the Corsair Hydro H80i cpu cooler for a older 1366 socket motherboard. I installed the back plate as the instructions said, then the standoffs. My question or concerns are that there seems to be a lot of play between the standoffs and the backplate. I would have thought that it would at least be snug, but I can jiggle the standoffs/backplate assembly around easily. I have not installed the cooler head to the standoffs as I'm concerned about the movement. Has anyone else noticed or had this problem.

Corsair online store wont accept my address.

I'm trying to order new h100i fans and bolts from the corsair site and everytime i try to check out, it says it cant ship to an AFO/APO address. The problem is, I'm not trying to. I'm using my home address, its a regular house address on a regular street... yet the dumb check out wont proceed.

Will you guys be selling the textured keycaps any more?

I was trying to buy some for my new K70 RGB, but I cannot find any US retailers with them in stock or at a reasonable price. There are lots of Australian sites selling them but that seems to be about it.

I've owned it for less than two months. I use to do it 2 to 3 times a day, now I don't give a f' any more, so maybe once a day if that.

So I'd say over 100 times. Way to release unfinished products for sale Corsair! Where was my warning on the box that read " product is still being developed and fixed, this is a demo version " ???

worst keyboard ever invented to date

This keyboard is so bad I find it hard to not write every four letter word and it's conjugations all over this post.

How can a company like Corsair release such garbage ?

My k70 does two things:

Look awesome when it works.

Be a piece of trash when it doesn't.

Things this garbage does:

It cannot hold a light profile for more than 30 minute into a gaming or typing session. Even something as basic as a one color set seems to be too much for this trash firmware to keep it's brains together. It just stops working, lights freeze and goodbye knowing if your caps lock is on or off.

It drops the performance of any game. If the keyboard malfunctions while you're in a game, pressing keys too fast ( like when you're typing or playing any video game ) will drop your FPS to single digits.

It interferes with sound, cutting it out. As I type now, I can hear my Pandora breaking up because I am typing too fast.

This is so much garbage it makes me want to punch a baby in the face. So much anger, and even more anger considering how much I paid for this crap.

I mean, I can turn on the wave effect on key press, and make it malfunction within 10 seconds of spamming two or 3 keys at a time. What kind of f'ing idiots are these developers and engineers that don't test, or knowingly release such trash for sale ? Shame on you, shame on your work, you and your product are utter trash. Go work at McDonald's.

Vengeance k70 vs gaming K70, differences?

Im gonna pick up a K70, but im not getting a RGB since I dont care about the lights and I would miss the USB port. But my question is, what are the differences on the K70 models?

As far as I can tell, its only the logo, but is there anything else different on the new gaming K70 except the logo? Are the LED's better quality or what?

Also, is the black / red K70 safe to buy, the LED's wont die like they did on the silver / blue one. right?

Or Should I just buy the RGB to make sure the LED's dont die?

Remove the front metal mesh on 600T case to get rid of resonance.

Folks, because of the lack of adequate size of the mesh holes on the Corsair 600T cases, any intake fan will create an annoying resonant hum. Since the top fan is an exhaust fan, it does not have this noise. NOTHING TO DO WITH THE FAN OR ITS SPEED The only solution is to remove the mesh. two ways to do it without making fine metal pieces floating about. Turn off computer and UNPLUG it. Remove front bezel (Optical drives need to be removed first). Remove the fan. Use a number one Phillips screwdriver to bend and break a few of the connections between the outside holes. I then used tin snips to finish the rest but you can continue with the bend/break technique. Use caution and gloves. Use a pair of pliers to straighten out any bent tabs of metal. Put a 200 mm finger guard protector over the hole, vacuum up any loose pieces, and replace the bezel and fan filter.

If you want to Dremel out the mesh, use a sheet of cardboard and keep the vacuum running while cutting.

No more resonant buzz.

The connection to the headset is getting worse and worse. The sound will cut out randomly every 5-10 seconds for a couple seconds. Sometimes I have to put the usb signal thing next to my head for it to have good sound. Any solutions?

Corsair Hydro for my Antec P180

This is my first ever post on this forum, so I would like to take this opportunity and say hello to everyone. English is not my native language so excuse me if I make any mistakes.

I own the Antec P180 case, I like it a lot, although I love to get my hands on the Obsidian Series® 900D Super Tower Case or the Carbide Series® Air 540 High Airflow ATX Cube Case with the latest being on my favourite cases and the one that will replace my P180 when I decide to change it, anyhow. I would like to know which Hydro will fit my case. I know that the H80i will fit it, but I want to know if the H100i, H105 or the 280mm H110 will fit too.

with blues on amazon,newegg ect?. You can find them with the reds,but not with the blues.. Why? Was it just a trial run to see what happened? Are they holding more shipments back until they work out any bugs? Grrrrr

Corsair Gaming H2100 Mic Monitoring?

Hey everyone,

I bought this headset about 2 weeks ago and one thing still baffles me..

Where the hell is the mic monitoring feature?! I had a TB PX22 before this headset and it had the functionality built into the device. In all the honest the method for using the windows "listen to this device feature" is awful, too much feedback and if I lower the mic threshold I can barely hear myself speaking.

Is there any other solution to this? I am hard of hearing which is why I gravitated to this headset to help me hear the people I'm talking to and the games I'm playing.

I can't stand having so much buzzing with listen to this device enabled?

K70 RGB - 8 keys are stuck with blue illumination

Hello everyone.

I have been enjoying my K70-RGB for about 2 weeks now :cool:. Everything was perfect, except the last few days I've noticed a few keys will not change color (they were fine up until recently). They are stuck with a light blue color.

I have tried two different computers (one with Windows 8.1, the other with Windows 7) and have completely erased all my appdata folder. I have also tried every configuration of USB2 and USB3 ports. I have also deleted all profiles, created a new one, erased all lighting groups.

I am running CUE 1.1.57 on both computers, the firmware is 1.13 and status indicated it is "working normally"

The first computer is running Windows 8.1, Asus Maximum VII Hero, Core i7-4790k, 16gb RAM. The other computer is a Lenovo t440p notebook, core i5, 4gb ram. On the desktop, I have tried both the on-motherboard usb3.0 and 2.0 ports as well as my case's front usb3.0 and 2.0 ports.

I've attached a couple pictures which show the issue. Is this keyboard defective? Does Corsair offer a free RMA? I can RMA through Newegg, but they want me to pay $15+ for shipping.

By the way, are there links to older versions of the firmware? I'd like to try that as well.

Is it possible to make a K65 not revert to default when the computer is locked?

Whenever I lock my computer, the K65 stops using the profile I have it set to, and turns red with white WASD and arrow keys. Any way to modify what lighting it uses when plugged into a locked computer?

One PS cable for six devices??

I’m building a new system using a Corsair CX750M power supply. For the sake of simplifying the cabling inside my small mid-tower case, I’d like to power all the HDD and optical drives, a USB 3.0 card and USB 2.0 front-panel hub off of one SATA modular cable.

I’m not sure if the single modular cable can handle all the load of two SATA HDD’s, two SATA Optical Drives, one powered USB3 PCI-e card and one powered USB2 front-panel hub. Of course, I’d have to use a couple of short adapter cables. The cabling, starting from the SATA power connector at the end and furthest from the power supply, would be:

First SATA Connector - (1) SATA Optical drive - 5v @ 1.5A & 12v @ 1.5A & (1) SATA

Optical drive – 5v @ 1.7A & 12v @ 1.9A both on a SATA male x (2) SATA female adapter.

Second SATA Connector - (1) USB 2.0 front panel hub – assume 5v @ 500mA each port x 4 ports = 5v @ 2000mA (2.0A) maximum & (1) PCI-e x1 USB 3.0 card – 5v @ 900mAh each port x 4 ports = 5v @ 3600mAh (3.6A) maximum both on a SATA male x Molex and FDP female adapter

Third SATA Connector - (1) SATA HDD – 5v @ 0.75A & 12v @ 0.75A

Fourth SATA Connector - (1) SATA HDD – 5v @ 0.75A & 12v @ 0.75A

Eliminating just one power cable from the power supply would make a big difference in this case. The only other cables from the PS would be the typical ATX motherboard power connectors and one PCI-e video card 6-pin power connector. Am I overloading this one power cable or maybe one side of the PSU?

K70 RGB: Takes a few tries to get lighting color correct

So even after the new software/firmware, it takes multiple clicks back and forth (selecting all, then color, all again, then color etc) before i get the desired color. it always produces some off color of the same family. Like if I chose a dark blue, it will be a shade of purple before I finally get it to the color I want.

I ended up deleting groups and reassigning but I have the same problems. Is there a way to just select a key, hit the color I want and get it to be that color without having to goof around with it?

Ich habe mir vor einer Woche das V2100 gekauft und das Mikrophon rauscht extrem, außerdem höre ich wenn ich in der Corsair Software Mikrophon prüfen auswähle, höre ich sogar meine Maus- und Tastatur-Klicks. Ich habe das Headset an einem anderen PC ausprobiert und die gleichen Probleme gehabt. Darum habe ich es bei Amazon umgetauscht und ein neues erhalten, allerdings mit den gleichen Problemen. es ist egal ob ich das headset auflade oder nicht. Kann mir jemand helfen?

H100i Pump with air bubble?

Hello Guys,

Maybe one of U know what to do with this problem.

If there is anything to do about it besides requesting a RMA#.

System is in a test setup with just the PSU, Motherboard with Processor and memory. Booting in UEFI mode.

The problem is that if the H100i starts up there is a strange noise comming from the pump. There are no fans or anything attached to the pump.

When i tilt the case the noise will go away. When i put the case back on his feet, the noise just will come back. Shaking the case in any direction doesnt help.

cssd-f60gb2-a driver not recognised in Win 8.1 install

Hi all,

It's been nearly a week now trying to get win 8.1 to recognize my cssd-f60gb2-a, I've almost remembered the product key off by heart!

Bios spotted it, just when I get past typing product key etc, win 8.1 asks which dive to instal but has none listed, so asks for driver for ssd, I browse for driver and there see the ssd - it has folders with music etc on it (no operating sys though)

Lots of duckduckgo'ing to search for driver, no luck.

Anyone see what I am not doing?

Bong noise when system shuts down or while turning on from PSU.Corsair 750 RM

I have a Corsair RM 750 that makes a single click sound (like a switch going off) after the computer turns off or turning ON or going to sleep mode. Anyone else with the psu that experience this? Is this common to Corsair 750 RM or i should get another one? It sounds like a loud bang.

Requesting express RMA on DRAM?

I have been running the same hardware without any changes for several years, and all timings etc are set to auto.

I am pretty sure one of my DDR2 sticks has a problem. (info in profile)

My PC has started randomly BSODing and Windows memory checker found problems.

I ran memtest86 on the system and it failed.

I re-ran memtest several times on each of my two memory sticks individually.

Stick 1: always passes memtest (I have tested it in each of the memory slots that I have been using.)

Stick 2: consistently fails memtest (I have tested it in each of the memory slots that I have been using.)

I tried to raise a ticket for express RMA (this machine is in constant use) but the only RMA option available was standard.

Is the express service available on memory? and if so how does one request it?

I am located in the UK.

Does the H75 come with thermal compound?

Hi, this is my first build ever and I've bought an H75 liquid cooling unit but I can't see anywhere in the box or manual if it already has thermal compound applied, there is a circular area of something on the part that connects to the CPU but it doesn't look like thermal compound I've ever seen.

I've also googled this and found nothing.

Pour ma 2 eme question ,je trouve le temps de charge assez long ,j'en suis plus à 3 heures voir 3h30 que les 2 heures annoncés y a t'il un moyen de le charger plus vite ?

J'avais penser a le charger sur l'adapteur secteur de mon portable ,mais je sais pas si c'est bien conseiller :/

780T and AX1200 CPU cable length

Just got a 780T and transferred my system from the 600T into it. I have an X79 Dark EVGA motherboard with two 8 pin EPS connectors at the top. The problem is that the AX1200 EPS cables won't reach (not long enough) if I attempt to rout the cables around the back so they look better and they are hidden. I had to run them from inside the case and it looks terrible. Corsair doesn't sell EPS extension cables so is it OK to use a third party EPS extension cable from a third party or is there another solution? I am using the optional white cable set bought from the website.
