H 2100 blue LED issue

So, i got my 2100 today to complete my corsair set of peripherals. I'm pleased with how it performs audio wise but i noticed that the blue led , just on the actual headset flashes at a cycle of 4 seconds or so. I have done the procedure before first use and all and this is the only thing i get as weird. I was wondering if this indicates i'm doing / did something wrong, or if i'm missing anything on quality or malfunction or something. I have already switched usb ports around and the issue seems to persist.

Edit : This happens when the headset in actually on , in case someone misses the obvious.
