K70 RGB Corsair Utility Engine -- Installation failed (for the very first time)

I have recently purchased K70 RGB (CH-9000063-UK) keyboard, but unfortunately I was not able to install CUE (1.5.80) software at all.



When starting MSI with logging enabled this is what I get:

Eventlog additionally indicates event IDs 11708 and 1033 for above logs respectively.



The error 1602 for MSI package means user has canceled the installation, but that is not the case. The installer starts with "Preparing for installation" prompt, cmd window flashes for 1 second and whole process exits.



Some additional info:



1) old keyboard drivers uninstalled (Razer Tarantula)

2) other USB devices in the system:

- Razer Lachesis mouse, unplugging doesn't help

- BlinkStick Pro (V-USB), unplugging doesn't help

- Wacom Bamboo tablet, unplugging doesn't help



Corsair K70 RGB is plugged in to 2x USB 2.0 ports, using different ports doesn't help



Tested with UAC enabled and disabled, not installing.



What else could be the reason for installation problem, I have tried to search for similar posts, but no luck.



Is there an exe installer available?
