Anyone know of a fix yet?!

So I know a LOT of people are having an issue with the software locking up, not letting you view/change/edit profiles. While that happens to me, it also locks up the lighting on my keyboard. I can unplug the keyboard and plug it back in and it will fix the issue for a while (few hours) but then it will just lock back up. I saw someone from Corsair say that if you use USB 3.0 you only have to plug in the USB labeled with keyboard, and not both of them. I tried this and while it does work with only the one USB plugged in, it didn't fix the issue. I'm getting ready to ship the keyboard back if I don't get this fixed soon.
