HELP! Just bought H100i, Link software crashes every time I try to open it!

My old motherboard died over the weekend, so I took the opportunity to do a bit of an upgrade on my pc. I got a Corsair Obsidian 450D, Asus P97-A, Core i7-4970K and Corsair H100i. The hardware's in, motherboard drivers installed, and the system boots fine(Windows 7 x64). I installed the Link software from Corsair's website(version RC v2.7.5361), and reboot after the install. But every time I try to open Corsair Link, it immediately crashes. These are the error details:

I saw in the "known issues" for the download that there may be a conflict on some Z97 motherboards unless USB Legacy Mode is set to "Disabled", I'm not sure if this is the problem I'm seeing but I set it to Disabled anyway and I'm still getting the problem.

What the heck is going on, guys???
