K70 rgb Device Malfunction after some time.

When I change some things in the CUE it freezes and says device malfunction under the device tab.

To get it to work again I need to flip the BIOS switch.

It's really annoing, is there a fix for this ? I tired rebooting, different usb ports and the BIOS is up to date.
