Terrible Customer Support - Won't respond to RMA request.

How hard should it be to get an RMA??????? My ticket for an RMA has been 'sent' to the Customer Support section where no-one has even looked at it for the last 10 business days. Meanwhile, i'm stuck with a $130 block of aluminum and plastic that I can't even use. The Vengeance K70 keyboard that I bought new barely worked for a WHOLE MONTH before it broke - stopped doing anything, not working in windows, in bios, completely not detected by USB on any computer, and i've tried 3 different ones.



Corsair - My ticket number is 6535191 if you care to take a look at it. I've called, submitted a ticket, and updated the ticket multiple times. Still waiting on a response and RMA from YOU.
