Corsair Link no showing power graph or efficiency graph

Hi, am new on the forum, i just downloaded the corsair link to check my system power use and i realise that the Corsair Link suit doesn't draw correctly the power use graph, efficiency graph, the PSU temperature blinks in red show a value and the blinks again and alot information just remains in 0. I don't know if i need any additional drivers for this since is the first time am using the program, or am just doing something wrong. Anyways i will leave a screen down to show my issue and i hope is not a big deal. Thanks !
