CUE device status malfunction / no profiles

Hey all,



I just started using this keyboard but have run into an issue using CUE.



The tab for profiles is grayed out and I am unable to click it. The device says status malfunction as well. I've tried to update the firmware but it fails every time. The keyboard works fine but I am unable to change any of the lighting or macro settings, its set to a dim red.



I've tried reinstalling, every usb port combo, but still cant get it to work.
