h100 help upgrading to PWM

I bought my H100 ~ 2 years ago and the stock coolers started to get noisy.



I switched my stock fans to new Arctic F12 PWM (connected directly them to the pump) and it seams that Fans always go 100%.



Is H100 unable to control other then stock fans ?
