K70 RGB Press one key assign lightning effect to a different one

Hey,

I wanted to ask, is there a possibility that you can press a button and a different one shines?

Like, you press and hold Shift, all your letter-keys shine red, but if you are pressing a letter key, nothing will happen.

OR: Im pressing the STRG-key and all the windows shortcuts would shine, like STRG+C.
