k95 possible usb problem

Hi everyone new to the forum. Hopefully someone can help. Lost faith in keyboards and help so here's hoping.



The question in when the pc boots up keyboards lights up and everything loads up fine. Once i get into win8.1 desktop the keyboard usb is not recognised everytime. I have the new drivers from the website installed and the keyboard works fine. but always seem to get the message.



I have had possible usb problems but this is different.



any help or suggestions would be great.
