Vengeance 2100 - blown speaker out of the box, advice needed

Hey everyone im seeking a bit of advice

Got a brand new pair of vengeance 2100 sent to me a few weeks ago and immediately i noticed something was wrong on skype, people would make the left speaker vibrate badly and distorting the audio by just speaking which then also startet happening with music even on low levels so i was pretty confident that it was a blown speaker.

So i send in a request for a replacement and got a new pair.

i have recived the replacement and everything is basically fine on skype and other VoIP, even music until you crank up the volume to some awesome music and the new "left" speaker starts to distort the bass to scary levels at only 60% volume with music and this is driving me crazy not being able to listen to music at all with this headset but only for ambience when playing games.

i feel like i bought a cheap headset on the nearest gas station while checking out anyway :(

The funny thing is its always the left speaker?? And why did i never have any problems with the audio quality on my Vengeance 2000 or any other of the headsets i've been using the last few years. i.e Razer megalodon/g35 and ofcourse the 2000.

Im running on windows 8.1

i've tried changing the default format - didnt work

i've even tried both razer surround and Corsair driver thingy whatever its called both have this issue.

Even put down all the bass tones as much as posible with any of the given options from all these softwares.

Is this bad luck because i havent seen anyone else talk about it? is it normal to other users that they cant crank the volume or did they just leave bits and pieces in the headsets from the factory which could ruin it at any time?

btw it's nearly any type of music that includes bass which is causing the issue but obviously the more the worse it gets

What do you think i should do now im affraid of how long their gonna last even without listening to music

Have a good day
