Corsair 8500 C5 Ver 1 and Ver 2

Hi at all,

are compatible Corsair 8500 C5 version 1 and version 2 on same motherboard ?

I have two Corsair 8500 C5 Version 2, now I'm buying other 4 GByte Version 1, are they compatible ? Or Can I have some problem ?
