K90 Problem with recording Macro.

For some time I got a mouse from Corsair, the M90 and was passionate about the product. I recently had to buy another keyboard, and I chose the Corsair because of the quality of the M90 mouse.



I bought a Vengeance K90 keyboard here in Brazil. It's an amazing keyboard, but I noticed that it has a bug in their software I think.



When recording macro keys, G1 to G18, I can not record the key associated with the characters: '/', '°' and '?'. This button can not be recorded, but all other keys can.



I can type it normally, but it isn't recorded in the macro. When I press the key on the corsair program, it shows the following text: "Cut."



I made a video illustrating step by step what I did and wait for a response as the deadline for the exchange of the product in the store is running out.

What can I do to fix this problem? I've updated the keyboard firmware to version 1:36 and software is at version 1.00.00.39.
