vengeance 2100 help

Hi i just got the vengeance 2100 headset and im having a problem. basically nothing i do seems to reduce the ridicules amounts of base or treble. its to the point it distorts every thing i listen to. it seems the eq doesn't seem to do a thing to reduce the distortion at all. best way i can describe the sound is like being in a gar with a sound system that to loud and makes everything sound like its vibrating.



any help in fixing this would be much appreciated thanks.
