Here's what's up with my headset, recently I'm really not able to use it while charging, the reason is very simple, it seems that the headset loses the connection with the micro-usb cable, and it turn itself off, it keeps turning off all the time.
The only way is to have it sit still while charging and then use it without a cable which would work just fine, the problem is that sometimes it won't charge, eve if it's sitting still, after like 10 hours plugged in, the battery won't charge.
I've opened a ticket last week:

Also I am currently living in Brazil, is that a problem?
